The atmosphere is great, truly relaxing after long sightseeing. It is close to the Colosseum but not a tourist place, very nice and friendly. Recommend salads and the live music nights at weekends.

Keen on organic and natural wines? Go here. The passionate and friendly owner has an excellent range of - sometimes hardly heard of - wines, mainly coming from Italy. Some older vintages too which certainly adds value, we had an 08 Maremma for just €25 per bottle, excellent choice and peaking now. There was a guy playing some guitar music,... More

Stumbled upon this little wine bar after visiting the Colosseum. They have a good selection of reasonable priced wine by the glass, and an extensive range of other Italian wines by the bottle. Friendly owner who will pause to have a chat with you.

The host is a very pleasant man who is very excited to tell you about his wine and his food. I had a very enjoyable dinner my last night in Rome and this place far outshined the others in the touristy area where it is located.

Great little wine bar with friendly host, If you enjoy wine, chat with Simone who will provide you authentic selections at reasonable prices. Background music, some vinyl albums, is relaxing. Would love to be there when live music is playing on the on the baby grand piano. Looking forward to my next trip to Rome.

Simone is serving the best organic wines you can think of and is a great host too. They also serve some great Italian standards like the Melanzano di Parmigianna.

We were delighted to find this little wine bar, hidden up a street, five minutes from the Colosseum. The nibbles of food were tasty, the wine was absolutely beautiful and all for a very reasonable price. We asked the owner for his reccomendations based on our tastes, and he went all out to make sure we enjoyed our experience. Highly... More

We had a very warm welcome in this bar, restaurant very near the colosseum. They offered us wine to taste, so we found the one we liked. The live music was super and in the end the chef itself was sitting at the piano playing chansons. Unfortunately we came after dinner, so we did not taste the food, but I... More

Partner and I found this place by accident and loved it. We ordered a bottle of prosecco which was incredible and reasonably prices. The appertisers served were delicious. We went back the next night for dinner which was incredible as well. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and were made to feel very welcome by the owner even though neither my partner... More

Went here to have something a bit different--was in the mood for pecking at different things and not a full on 3 course dinner. They have cheese and salumi plates as well as salads and small hot dishes and desserts. Wines by the glass or by the bottle are plentiful. We had a cheese plate and a beautiful red wine... More
