Guys, this place is a totallll tourist trapppp. Mediocre food offset by stunning hospitality is what gets people coming here. The service here is some of the nicest we've had in the 10 days of Italy, and they win you over with that. But. The. Food. The food is just so-so. -Pasta with pesto and shrimp didn't taste fresh and... More

We went to La Fontana after reading good reviews for places to eat near the Trevi. It's a hidden away restaurant with a vast menu and staff that made us laugh and smile all the way through the meal. After a mess up with placing our order to the kitchen, the staff quickly gave us a complimentary starter even though... More

We visited a couple of days ago and received a really friendly welcome. The staff were amazing very attentive and helpful! We were given some free appetizers which were very tasty! The rest of the food we ordered was gorgeous! Not overly expensive either. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Would definitely recommend! Seek it out and you won't be disappointed!

Booked this based on other trip advisor reviews. Very warm welcome from all waiting staff. Complimentary starters were a nice touch while we were choosing our meal. Excellent homemade lasagne and all other pasta dishes beautifully fresh. Reasonable price 120 euros for 4 of us including wine and beer. Definitely recommend this place

My newly married wife and I ate here twice during our 5 day stay in Rome including the last night of our honeymoon. Good food and GREAT service. Avoid the overpriced tourist restaurants and find this place on a small side street only a few steps from the Trevi Fountain. You won't be disappointed.

On a recent trip to Rome myself an 19 of my family visited this restaurant on our first night in the city having read the reviews on this site. We were not disappointed. The food was outstanding, the service likewise and having all left extremely well nourished and watered (ok,we didn't drink much water but lots of wine) we were... More

Great food, drink, staff and atmosphere. We didn't book a table but only waited 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered the fillet beef and it was cooked to perfection.

This is a great restaurant off the beaten track a little. Definitely worth booking to guarantee a table though. Great pasta and appetisers both reasonably priced.

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
