Lovely evening

Just had a really lovely family meal in LFdV. tasty bruschetta followed by a selection of pasta all beautifully cooked. Finished with excellent tiramisu. Only downer was that gelato was only average. However a great 3 hours of relaxing entertainment. Will definitely come back again

We hoped to find a niche off the tourist route, but this place was near enough to Trevi (and it is summer in Rome) that we didn't evade the tourists. The food was fine -- pasta, fresh sea bream, even pizza for our son. But the experience wasn't particularly memorable.

We found this place after standing around waiting for someone to check on our reservation at another popular restaurant for 15 minutes without service. After giving up we wandered over to this spot and were SO glad that we did. We had two types of bruschetta to start- one with salami and one with fresh tomatoes. The salami one was... More

Food was good value considering its near the Trevi fountain. Service was quick and food was tasty. Nothing out of this world, but the food was good, thats what counts

We will have fond memories of this place. This was the best meal we had the entire time we were in Rome. It was very close to the Trevi Fountain as well which was convenient. We came back a second night because the food and service was so amazing. I had the seafood linguine which I'd highly recommend. The waiters... More

We arrived late, 2130-2200. It was quite full we arrived but 30 minutes after sitting the restaurant was almost empty. Our server was new - he told us - but immensely charming. We had he normal dishes, caprese, bruschetta, pasta, lasagna, etc. plus a steak for one of my sons. We all loved it. One needs to seek a bit... More

Sight seeing in the heart of Rome looking for food and respite from the searing heat we stumbled upon this gem tucked away in a side street just off Trevi fountain. Fully air conditioned we sat down and opted for the fixed tariff starter/main/sweet for 18 euros / head. We enjoyed our antipasti followed by veal saltimbocca and home made... More

I went here with a friend when we visited Rome this January, this was our last night and we wanted a special meal which it was, I had muscles and lamb both were astoundingly good and the bottle of wine we had was the best red I had ever drank!! A magical experience but not cheap the bottle alone cost... More

Great restaurant with very friendly and busy waiters. A bit difficult to find as the paths leading to it our a bit barren looking. Definitely worth the effort to find and was just gutted we had to rush due to booking a tour. The pork and the beef dishes we had were excellent.

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
