Lots of great reviews, but I was sorry I went. Maybe it was I ordered, seafood salad. At 14 euro it was only calamari, a few sprigs of rucola & carrots. Very small portion on a bread plate. Had to ask for bread. Other plates around looked good. Am in Rome often, won't be back.

I always try to write reviews thoughtfully and honestly so that readers might have a genuine point of view regarding a restaurant they discover on Trip Advisor and might be considering. And, for reviews of restaurants in Italy, I offer a “heads up” note for readers who might be visiting the country for the first time. Unlike having dinner at... More

This is one of our three favourite restaurants tucked away on a quiet street. Alfredo is a mature server who is absolutely pleasant with a great smile. We enjoyed pizza and salad and the food could not have been better! Hope to be back for sure!

We visited a couple of times during our week in Rome. After the first time, we were welcomed like old friends. The food was good, reasonably priced and cheerfully served. The wine list was not extensive but catered for all tastes.

We were at the Pantheon and wanted to find a restaurant. My daughter mentioned that the places close to an attraction tend to be overpriced and not very good so we walked around a bit looking at menus and found Le Volte. It is on a quiet street which is nice. They have indoor and outdoor seating, comfortable chairs and... More

We were looking for a good place to eat near the Pantheon and wanted to avoid the tourist traps with hawkers out front when we stumbled on this place. Nice tables under an outdoor umbrella with a friendly, family-feel. Outstanding lasagne and the pizza was great too. Very happy to find such a good place so close to the tourist... More

This restaurant is in a quieter piazza just away from the Pantheon. The food is delicious, the staff are attentive and fun and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. We ate here twice during our visit because we enjoyed the food and experience so much.

A quick lunch during a busy visit. Of course, knowing they serve pizza, you are sure the beer is well served.

An excellent location for a relaxing meal just around the block from the Pantheon. While the eating establishments around the Pantheon are OK for people-watching; the service and food quality occasionally take a hit. We love this location for the seating area that is setback from the street; and it also has an inside area if you really seek a... More

We picked this at random on the way to the pantheon. Given its proximity to the major sights it was surprisingly quiet. Really happy with the food. Nothing spectacular but decent value in a lovely setting.
