We stayed almost next door to this restaurant and the Trevi fountain. Walked in and met by a very unhappy, older waitress who sat us down without a smile. The rest of the staff, except one, were the same. Ordered the mixed bruschetta which was OK, but were charged for the basket of bread that we didn't ask for and... More

My husband and I were staying at Hotel Tritone when we decided to go for first dinner near the hotel which is near the Trevi fountain. My husband is Italian so after perusing a number of menus we choose this place. We chose appetizers, salad a mist for him caprese for me both came out quite fresh and you add... More

Extremely rude staff, stale bread, the staff's children running around kicking the guests chairs and screaming , poor pizza. We also had an unexpected 'service charge' of nearly 50% on top as a surprise. Toilets had no seats on them and were dirty. Unpleasant meal. Would not recommend.

Right by Trevi Fountain so in a busy area, most 'authentic' looking Osteria / Taberna that I saw around which is why it was chosen. Had a simple Antipasti of oil and garlic bruschetta followed by homemade meat Lasagne ( I never eat it when out in England as it's been too often a disappointment ). Both were really nice,... More

My wife and I had just left the bustle of the Trevi Fountain and were feeling peckish when we noticed this restaurant had air conditioning, so we popped in. At midday, the place was quiet. The chef is in full view as he cooked the pizzas we had ordered. The pizzas are the thinnest crusts I have had and were... More

My son and I were walking around the Trevi Fountain and found Osteria Allegro Pachino by chance. What luck! We enjoyed a pizza, a "big salad," and some simple, beautifully sauteed chicken (along with a coke) for a price well under 30 euros. Everything was very fresh and tasty! Despite the location near a major tourist stop, there were not... More

First time had a pizza. Was better than average and rather quick. Nearby again and decided to give another try. Ravioli and cacao e pepe ok but have had better. Not overpriced and attentive service both times. You can do a lot worse on that street as I walked out of one of those other restaurants.

We went there as a group of 7 people. Dinner was very good, the food was served very fast. The waiters are really friendly. Pasta & Tiramisu were very tasty, the lamb dish of one of us was not so good.

Food here was great and very reasonably priced considering the location. Welcoming staff and a relaxing environment.

Rome for my wife's special birthday. We found our way to the Trevi Fountain, and were seduced by the Trip Advisor 4 stars displayed in the window at OAP. Giorgio had 6 or 7 spare tables when we arrived around 7.00pm. We skipped starters, and my wife ordered plain grilled chicken, and I asked for a grilled sea bass. 20... More
