Warm atmosphere and good basic food

Our first night in Italy was spent at this restaurant as we took an apartment nearby. We enjoyed our dinner here with good basic Italian food and great waiters who really give the place character with their enthusiastic service. It is a warm and authentic restaurant and the prices reasonable.

The experience here was very good. The food was delicious, I fully recommend pasta with seafood (14 Euro). Also the starters were good. Excellent ratio between quality and prices.I would come back here again.

We went there twice as the Restaurant was recommended by our landlord. Food was nice so we went there another evening. This time we were charged 21 Euro for Service - which was not indicated on the menue and therefore against the law! I don't like being cheated on only because I am a Tourist. Funnyly we there was no... More

The restaurant very near my hotel at Vatican, about 10min walk. This restaurant serve typical Italian food. Appetizer, 1st course, 2 Course Dessert. A small restaurant and very noisy so don't go there if you expect some quietness.

We just ordered Pizza and Beer. We were given a very mediocre Pizza ,and charged for bread which we did not have, water which we did not have, and an incredible 8 Euros service charge which is not mentioned on the menu as required by law. This is a cheap and nasty Tourist trap, which does not do anything but... More

Appetizersers were fried cheese, which was greasy and terriblle, and bruschetta Prociutto wwas dried out on the bruschetta. Ham calzone was disgusting, mostly air with very little cheese and dried out ham that did not taste good. They said they could make Cacio e Pepe, and they used thick spinach pasta instead of white spaghetti,. and tasted terrible. Broiled seafood... More

Pretty sure we were the only non-Italian diners there on the Saturday night we visited. There were couples young and old and families. The place just had a great vibe. There appeared to be a buffet that with our limited Italian,we chose not to tackle. Our off the menu pizza choices were fresh and delicious. The house wine was very... More
