Over-priced and mediocre food

My family and I went here our first night in Rome. We wandered to Piazza Navona after settling into our apartment and clearly looked like lost tourists. The host approached us as we passed (never a good sign in my opinion), and we gave in to his spiel to try the restaurant. The view of the plaza... read more

With so many sidewalk cafes in Piazza Navona it's hard to choose but Domiziano turned out to be very good. Our waiter, Paolo, was very attentive, friendly and helpful. My husband had lasagna and I had spagetti and clams and both were delicious. This is a good place to people watch and enjoy all of the activity of Piazza Navona.

we looked at the menu before sitting down so we were well aware that it was going to be expensive. We assumed because of the location... And we were right. Food and wine was fine, but very average for rome! We ordered our wine. The waiter asked if we would like water, we said yes but never got it. When... More

We have been here in our last night in Rome. The amazing view over piaza Navona convinced us. The prices were pretty high and the portions rather small, but all in all, it was an ok experience. We recommend it for the view

Is a good situation but poor in quality. Is a restaurant for turist not the place to eat good pasta and pizza in Rome. When you seat y feel Rome but when you eat you miss home. The owners know that is a turist restaurant and Rome is full with turist so they don't need to prepare good food. They... More

I know cafes around piazza are expensive but this place was shocking 25 euro for house red ! But as the saying goes when in Rome !!!!However this is not my complaint . We were lured in by the handsome over confident Gino dicampo look alike . I will call him Gino as I don't know his real name .... More

Ate here this lunchtime. To be honest it wasn't the menu or charming greeter guy who drew me in. I was desperate for the loo (which I had to pay for btw). Staff friendly enough, menu pretty much as every where else I've encountered on any Italian menu. Just wish they'd put a bit more info on the menu. Ordered... More

One of several restaurants on the beautiful Piazza Navona in Rome, it was the busiest on the day of our visit. We enjoyed sitting outside, soaking up the sun and atmosphere opposite one of the three fountains. We did not have to wait tooling to order and our pizzas did just the job to refuel and set us up for... More

My partner and I went to this restaurant for drinks after an evening walk. The view from the front was amazing with the four Rivers fountain and the impressive church in the background. Outdoor seating was heated so even in February we had our jackets off enjoying a nice cold beer. My only gripe with this restaurant was the price,... More
