They are known for their seafood. Tucked away in a small piazza near the Pantheon, this restaurant was awesome. The seafood appetizers, and mozzarella caprese started us off on the right foot. Their meat and chicken dishes were moist and tender. The wine selection was excellent.

L'Angolettos is convenient to Pantheon but away from noisy crowds. Outside dining - under awning if rainy; patio heaters if cool evening. Our group ate chicken with peppers (delicious - for the less adventuresome), lasagna (traditional and "perfect"), spaghetti carbonara ("heavenly" - high praise for a family favorite), ravioli sea bass in shrimp sauce (she wouldn't even share it with... Must check out this quaint restaurant located on a quiet street in Rome. The service was immaculate and the food surpassed any expectations we had. Hope to visit one day again!

Our friend recommended this restaurant, so we ignored the scent of urine when we first sat down. Besides having a romantic fragrance of urine, our waiter was extremely rude. The food was very disappointing! The clam and calamari in the dish I ordered were the size of dime. The food had no tasty. Our main meals did not come out... More

The restaurant was recommended to us by a family member and it did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly greeting us with a prosecco drink. Our waiter was quite a character extremely friendly making us laugh throughout the meal and gave us some great recommendations. I ordered the Cacio e Pepe which was very tasty and all of the... We ate here the first night we were in Rome upon a recommendation from our hotel. It was quiet and tucked a way. The food was beyond compare! One of a kind tomato sauce and fresh pasta. Great wine selection and variety of dishes. Exquisite desserts and savory appetizers. The staff was warm and congenial. A singular dining experience! We... More

We have been going to L'Angoletto now for years - in fact every time we are in Rome. We wouldn't miss it. Fresh and seasonal is the go. From the amazing variety of antipasto through to the freshest of fish and meats (especially tender Spring lamb), a great selection of wines and excellent staff to assist you with your choices... On a hotel recommendation we had a superb meal here on our first night. The service, the food and the wine, suggested by our waiter, was excellent. It makes such a difference when you meet owners that care and have a team that are knowledgeable. So good we went back on our final night. Hope to be back soon. You... More
