Good for a quick cheap meal

Not a Neapolitan pizza but still not bad. The pasta dish we shared was good, with cheese, peas and sausage. I can't say places we paid 2x as much at were much better. Welcome to Rome!

1st place we went while we visited Rome. Easy to locate near Campo Di Fiori, the pasta was quite nice and also affordable. Dont think we paid more than 35 euros for 2 pastas and a beer and a coke. It didnt take them neither long to serve us which was quite good.

Baffetto 2 was recommended by an Roman colleague and is usually packed by locals. It offers a nice selection of pizza, pasta and succulent main dishes. Price / quality is very good (we paid about 45€ for a very nice meal for two, including house wine, tomato salad, grilled cheese, pasta as starter and grilled sausage as main course, followed... We have been attempting to eat at this restaurant for a couple of years. We would go to the original and finally a man approached us and said we needed to come to this location as the other was only open for dinner. We made our way to here and were not disappointed. They have an excellent selection of pizza... More

I was here on holidays with my girlfriend and we wen't here as we were recommended to do so. The pizza was excelent, but I can imagine there must be other places at Rome wich pizzas like this , even the local "pizza taglio" is great everywhere! The place was too noisy and you will be sat too close to... More

It is my third time in Rome and I never miss Baffeto. The pizza is excellent and the grilled cheese starter is amazing. This is a family business that offers a truly taste of the roman style pizzeria. It is always very busy. Most of the customers seem to be Italian.

Just short of the wonderful Campo dei fiori and not too appealing from an aesthetic point of view, we took a chance on this place. Not too enamoured by the outside space we crammed into a two seated inside. Great choice. We were surrounded by locals who created a wonderful atmosphere. Started with stuffed zukini flowers. One each, inexpensive and... More

We made a booking for 9pm and by 9.30 we were still waiting ...when we asked why others (without bookings) had gone in before us they kept saying our table was almost ready. After rude responses and more lies we decided to leave. They spoke to us like they were doing us a favour. Extremely rude. Avoid -at least on... More

I went here recently on a rainy Monday evening. Place was quiet, staff were rude, and they got my order completely wrong. And then there was no apology with the correct order. And they made me pay for the wrong pizza!!
