Second time in this place. Nice ambiance and quite popular. But the food leaves a lot to be desired, especially at these prices. The first time the hamburger was way too fatty, and not in the good-fat way. The second time my friends ordered the burger and I'm told while the patty was good, the bun was "ironically, the worst... We shared a single nachos for starter which was huge! We then shared a burger and chips which was also a big meal! Although the food was slightly overpriced it was still very nice. The decor of the restaurant was cool!

My family is spending 3 weeks in Italy and after a week and a half this restaurant hit the spot. Albeit pricey (22 EUR for a hamburger?!), the food was good and the nachos authentic. If you need a change from pizza and pasta go here. My daughters, 6 and 9, loved it and had fun dancing and watching the... More

I had a pretty good time at this place once my taxi driver actually found it. The address does not coincide with the location and the sign THE PERFECT BUN is so small you could pass right by the place. Welcome to Italy! The atmosphere is definitely young and hip, really international feel but quite noisy if you go at... More

We tried the Sunday brunch as we arrived to Rome on Easter day and were very hungry. We ended upp paying 25 Euro/pp for really bad food made by people who obviously have no passion for food what so ever. The service is also terrible with ignorant staff. A ripp off, don't come to this really bad restaurant...

As a New Yorker in Rome, I tend to miss the kind of food I grew up with. So when I want nachos, onion rings, soft tacos, or even a Caesar salad, this place curbs my craving. Some people tend to prefer Hard Rock Café, but I find that The Perfect Bun uses higher quality ingredients, therefore it is a... More

I was dying for a hamburger on my last night in Rome. Dying. I googled "hamburger bar, rome" and this is one of the few places that popped up, one of the other ones having closed down. Close to everything, easy to get to. When you walk in it's like you're in a brewery/bar/grill in the U.S. The burger was... More

My husband and I enjoyed all of our meals at The Perfect Bun. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We were tired of pizza and pasta after a few days in Rome so this became our favorite place. The best place for American dining. I believe they will always remember us from my greeting .......(Heyyy)

July 12th 2013 -ordered a simple cheeseburger - the meat was covered with plastic film that they forgot to remove before cooking it! Waiter was a really arrogant too, didn't say sorry and had me pay full price, He actually pushed to me to write my first review on tripadvisor. can't recommend anyone to go there.
