Good and something different

Rome has very little alternates to pizza and pasta which if your in Italy for long enough you'll get sick of. This is a good alternative. This is well priced, good proportions and quite yummy food.

We visited expecting a full steak menu, only two steaks available fillet and rib eye, burgers were good for my two boys. The steaks were cooked rear as requested but a bit too salty and oily. Nachos were very good. 4 beers 2 soft drinks 1 nachos, 2 bacon burgers, 2 rib eye steaks just under €120. Not the best... More

This restaurant few steps from Piazza Navona has a nice industrial design, but a bit cold. Mainly burgers, but also mexican food. Limited choice of beers, and service a bit slow. Nothing special, but ok for a dinner with friends. They also serve brunch.

Be hungry when you visit as the portions are huge and its easy to over order. We ordered tortillas and guacamole and the chicken wings to start and were almost full! Not realising the burgers came with chips, we ordered chili cheese fries too. All the dishes were amazing and the staff very friendly if somewhat amused at how much... More

For a restaurant called The Perfect Bun the only thing that let the meal down was the bun. The patty, toppings and chips were excellent. The bun reminded me of one of those generic 6 pack of buns you would find in a supermarket. Would have rated 5 with a better bun but maybe I was looking for a perfect... More

After a week of "tourist" Italian food, it felt so good to get real American food! Burgers are great, fries OK. Great atmosphere. I liked that you could personalize the size, so big appetites could go for huge portions and smaller ones still indulge in a reasonably sized burger. Good quality.

We just arrived in Rome, jet lagged, tired and hungry. It was late and most restaurants were closed. Our hotel is 100 yards away from The Perfect Bun which was still open, so embarrassingly we stumbled down the street like characters from the Walking Dead. Why are we eating burgers on our first night in Rome? Well, the better question... More

Fantastic place. Great food, lovely staff and football and biking on TV! Found this place in the 'Rough guide to Rome' and it's great.

We always come here when we can't resist from having a great burger in Rome. Our favourite is the cheeseburger but you can enjoy yours from a good variety. Service is also good, on Saturday or crowded days it may be a bit slow. We recommend booking a table in advance.

Are you beginning to crave a little bit of American food? This place is worth the visit. We tried the chips and salsa as a starter. Great spiciness. I had a basic cheeseburger and having read of the penchant in Italy for pink centers, ordered mine well. Perfecto! I would say the size was slightly larger than a doubl from... More
