This restaurant was so close to where we stayed in Rome and it was the best. We visited on two occasions and were very impressed with the outstanding quality of the food and professionalism of the staff, especially our waiter Daniele. In addition to this, the lovely ambience and warm atmosphere made the whole experience very enjoyable. The choice on... More

quality of produce is excellent, try the buffalo mozzarella to find it out. melanzane alla parmigiana is the typical italian dish that is so difficult to get right, but here the execution was spotless and the aubergines were light. they reinterpret classical roman dishes with some originality: for instance cacio e pepe pasta was served with porcini mushrooms in bread... We went here in December white truffle season. This was our last lunch before leaving Rome. We were there by 12:15, the guy told us to come back by 12:30 when they open and also asked my name to book a table, when we arrived by 12:32, the restaurant was already full. We ordered Ravioli Black Truffle, Risotto White Truffle,... More

This place is beautiful. Don't even try to get there without reservation! I ate the fettuccine with white truffles and it was the best I ever had. Make sure to check this place when you're in Rome.

We booked one week in advance via e-mail and everything worked fine, when we arrived (21:15) we had one table waiting for us at the top floor. We ordered crostini tartufo nero with pecorino (a nice intro with tartufo's taste), parmigiana melanzane (perfect tasted like homemade), lasagne porcini e tartufo nero (tasty), tagliolini al tartufo bianco (the best), two glasses... A small restaurant tucked away in a narrow street off Piazza Barberini. Very popular among locals, so booking ahead is strongly advisable. Typical Roman cuisine with a wide variety of choice, and truffle included in several dishes. Everything cooked to perfection and delicious. Very efficient kitchen and friendly staff. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Rome.

We booked this ahead via email and as they were quite busy its recommended to do so. Staff very friendly also also a nice sense of humour and they looked after us well. Food was good and we can recommend anything with truffles on!. My main course came with half a lobster and overall was good value. For desert I... More

Located in a small street, typical italian restaurant where you can enjoy the bogattini the way you never did. other dishes are equally good, but that's what i ate, don't miss to ask for the beans as starter, only if you like beans, then this one is perfect as well.

I'm so glad I found this restaurant for our last dinner in Rome. I read that they have great truffle dishes so I had our concierge make a reservation for us. It's located on a lonely, quiet alley, and when you open the door to walk in, you get a big whiff of truffle! MMMMM! We ordered as much truffle... More

We booked before we departed the UK after having read the reviews on TA. We weren't disappointed. We had bruschetta with truffles, Saltimbocca with roast potatoes and a steak with salad. All very delicious and accompanied by a lovely bottle of red wine. The price was very reasonable. Definitely pre-book as it was full when we were there.
