Made reservations via email. Small but very quaint restaurant. Greeted graciously even though we were late! Being a "better" restaurant service was as expected. My husband had the lasagna, i had raviolis, and my friends had the pasta with clams which they are still talking about. We all liked our food. We had a very nice bottle of wine. They... More

Of all the good Roman restaurants, OB stands alone. We are foodies and were very impressed with the quality of food, service and attention to detail. The food was terrific. In particular, have anything with truffles plus the carpaccio seafood was to die for. The steak and desserts were also very good as were the wines. Our server, Daniel, was... More

Looking for a place to take a break from shopping in the summer head and came across this osteria on tripadvisor in my locale. Must say we weren't disappointed. Food and service were great and reasonably priced for the quality. Lasagna with truffles very tasty. Definitely a nice spot.

Was walking around the area nearby and saw this place one day, but it was too late for lunch and was closed until dinner. So I decided I would come back the next day for lunch even though it was a bit away from where I was going to be. When I arrived around 1, the place was completely empty,... More

Like most recent reviewers, I decided to come to Osteria Barberini based on information read on Trip Advisor. I made a booking (fortunately) and had a lovely dining experience. The service was courteous and attentive and the meal was great. The waiter suggested my wine and it topped off my meal perfectly. To be honest, I'm writing this review as... More

We checked out Tripadvisor before we got to Rome and read the reviews about this place and we glad we did. this place is a little Gem! Set in a little back alley of Rome, this is the kind of place you would never find unless you knew where it was, and even if you did stumble across it, it's... More

Well done Trip Advisor yet again-followed up on this recommendation at the weekend whilst in Rome and found the food and service excellent. Only small restaurant so you need to book as we saw several people disappointed at being turned away but family run and specialising in truffles. Very reasonably priced food with house wine particularly good value for a... More

We found this restaurant through tripadvisor and it lived up to all expectations. The food and the service were excellent. Our waitress really helped us to make great choices and try some different things and we loved them all. Would recommend the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and truffle and also the home made tiramisu. It is off the beaten track... More

Me and my partner made a reservation here the night before as the place is very popular. Staff are very friendly and attentive which is good as other places we ate we had some pretty poor service. Our starters were nice and fresh and mains were good. However, not the best fish or pasta I've ever had. Overall a good... More
