My wife and I have been to this fantastic little restaurant on our last day in Rome. We only wish would have found this place sooner. Conveniently located just a few steps from Trevi Fountain we experienced friendly and charming service, delicious food and reasonable prices all in one package.

My husband and I wanted to visit this restaurant when in Rome after reading about it on tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. It is a family- owned restaurant and we were looked after by the owner's son, Luca, on the night we visited. He was a friendly happy man with great pride in his family's business. We sat outside and... More

We went for dinner following the reviews in Tripadvisor. The food was just ok, not bad, but the pasta was a little bit overcooked and not "al dente", which is surprising in Italy. My impression is that this is a cheap restaurant targeting tourists, so go somewhere else if you are looking for good quality italian food.

We also went here after reading Trip Advisor reviews and weren't disappointed. We were welcomed in and treated like one of the family. Luca especially (a typically good-looking Italian) is a delightful host and we loved the food for its Italianness and reasonable price. The on-tap beer was one for me (and I'm very fussy about beer being a wine-drinking... More

We found this small restaurant through Trip Advisor and we were so satisfied that we went back a second night. It is located on a side street near the Trevi Fountain. Outdoor seating allows you to sit back and take in the ambiance of a small Roman street bustling with visitors and locals. The owners son, Luca was friendly and... More

We found piccolo buco through trip advisor and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent by Italian standards and the food tasted great for the price we paid. We had two different bruschetta, the piccolo buco special and the Gorgonzola. The piccolo buco special was nice and had a nice garlic notes, however the prawns were a bit bland.... More

As the restaurant is situated very close to Fontana di Trevi, you should definitely step in! We all ordered pizza - 6 different types to try & the were all wonderful! The prices are about 10EUR so it's ok :) The staff is really friendly, the owner's son speaks English - ask him which pizza he recommends - you won't... More

We went here on recommendation from tripadvisor and were not disappointed! It is very close to the Trevi Fountain and on a small street with souvenir shops and the food and atmosphere was brilliant. It was very reasonably priced (about 10 euro for a meal and 9 euro for a house bottle of wine), the chef speaks very good English... More
