We saw someone else's review for this place and managed to find it, tucked away in a gorgeous little street in Rome. We were not disappointed. The food was beautiful and the wine was cold and delicious. We both had bruschetta to start which was divine. Our meals were a oven- baked pizza and a bacon tomato pasta - both... More

Our family of 5 went out of our way to find this restaurant after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. The restaurant is only a couple hundred feet east of the Trevi fountain, but far enough away from the crowds that you felt like you were in a local neighborhood. The pizza and pasta were excellent. The restaurant owners were charming and... More

Ate lunch here as it was near our hotel and we were not disappointed! Had the four cheese gnocchi and the spinach risotto and both were extremely tasty, as was our grilled cheese and parma appetizer. Waiter was friendly and attentive and prices were reasonable.

Went here for dinner on a recommendation from another family. My family of 6 had an amazing dinner at Piccolo Buco. Luca was a most gracious host and the food was delicious. Felt like part of the family by the time we left.

The food was so amazing. Staff very fun, welcoming and kindest in Rome we've met. We had bruschetta, pizza, and Tomato and bacon pasta. The pizza was done in a proper pizza oven. The decoration was very old, cute and welcoming. Our food wasn't too expensive and the wine was lovely. All in all one of the best places we... More

Old family owned pizzeria ristorante where friendliness of owners (mom and son with other staff) are so warm like customers and staff have known themselves for ages. We anyway felt this kind of service and food ś quality and price work so well side by side and portions of dishes were not too big. Wine, especially white wine of house... More

There are lots of restaurants around Trevi hustling for business. Do yourself a favour and find this one. The food is excellent, the staff lovely and the prices reasonable.

Small family restaurant, lovely and friendly staff. Found this recommend on trip advisor and was glad I went. I enjoyed one on my top pasta experiences of Rome here with their delicious fettuccine alla 'piccolo buco'

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
