Visited here early on a Sunday evening. Chose a two course tourist menu for €18 that also included a glass of house wine. Meal was good, but the waiter (and he seemed to be the only one in this tiny restaurant) was superb. He spoke excellent English, and readily engaged with all the diners. If only all waiters could be... More

The Tripadvisor reviews for Piccolo Buco say it all. This is a small restaurant a few steps away from Trevi Fountain on the strangely named Via del Lavatore! The dining areas are small with quite tightly spaced tables at the front and rear and where we sat we were almost uncomfortably close to the people behind us and unfortunately located... More

This is a little restaurant, but the prices and food were fantastic. The prices were very moderate, but I got more food than in any other place I at in Rome. The calzone along with the prosciutto and melon were delicious. I stuffed myself for less than 20 euros. I will definitely go back to this place during my next... More

This place is nestled just off the trevi fountain and is not what you would expect in the location. Is reasonably priced and the staff very friendly. The chef even came out to ask how good his pizzas were. Excellent by the way! Stay away from the tourist traps and come here instead!

Me and my wife enjoyed a great meal at this restaurant. The pizza and the Arabiatta pasta were great. The staff was also very kind and helpful and went out of their way to guide us on were we should visit and how to find our way. I certainly recommend this place :)

Outstanding family run restaurant. GOOD portions reasonable prices. Most restaurants have about 4-5 courses all individually prices or have fixed price menus. If you order individually in most place you get small portions not a meal. NOT here a pasta dish is a full dish and all are delicious Was in Rome 5 nights ate here twice probably would have... More

I've been in town for 4 days, this is the best meal I've had since my arrival .The appetizers were substantial and delicious . "The risotto with gorganzola was the best I've ever had." House wine was smooth and Flavorful. The staff is one entire family who speak English and are very courteous and cordial. If you're in Rome near... More

Was disappointed that Trevi Fountain was under restoration when we arrived, so decided to have a nice lunch to contemplate our disappointment! Food was amazing & service great! Had the seafood pasta..and got to say wow wow wow..they do charge a 10% surcharge though. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Our friends recommended that we try this restaurant while in Rome. They (being very italian and very good chefs) ate here every day while they were in Rome, so we couldn't NOT go! We were not disappointed. Luca and his Mom were the best hosts ever. Delicious food - flavorful, yummy, home cooked amazingness. My risotto with sausage and mushrooms... More
