Off the beaten track, in the alley behind the hotel we stayed at & recommended by our concierge. Ate here at least once a day & absolutely loved the homemade authentic yummy pasta dishes. Suggest trying the 'white sausage' creamy pasta, it was delish!

We visited IARA bar/restaurant which is located on Via Frangipane. This is around the corner from the Albergo Romano hotel and is owned by the Imperiale hotel next door to the Romano. The food is fabulous, affordable and the staff are very efficient. We had lunch and dinner there and both were delicious. Pasta , pizza ,steak all superb.
