Superb cuisine and service - absolutely exceptional!

We went on a Thursday night at 8.30 having booked in advance. The restaurant later got full with people waiting for a table. Quite near the various embassies so it appeared some people were meeting for business. Complementary Prosecco on arrival and unlimited Sicilian bread with tomatoes which was tasty. No vegetarian starters but I'm sure they would have prepared... More

If you like seafood, this is the place to go. It is also well visited by locals. Very nice staff. Squid as antipasto, salt crusted sea bass and potato-covered turbot were all delicious at a reasonable price.

Lovely place, very friendly and not far from our hotel who recommended it, for starters i had a shrimp in tomato sauce, very authentic italian dish followed by lobster done anyway, which was hard to put across as translation got lost, asked for thermodor and got a shoulder shrug, fried or grilled in garlic butter, still not really looking to... Went to the restaurant around 10PM on a Saturday evening. Staff was very nice, we were seated almost immediately. The restaurant was pretty busy at first but started to die down within the hour. Our waiter was great at first, but we never saw him again until it was time to pay the bill. We had to flag down another... More

and that's not an easy thing to do in many places, especially when a few of us have narrow diets. Excellent seafood options (and pasta, of course), and a great wine list. After we opened the first bottle of one of my favorite wines, Tignanello (which cost less here than it does in a wine shop in CA), the waiter... More

Hi, we booked well in advance for this restaurant after reading the fantastic reviews. We exchanged emails as this was our silver wedding anniversary and obviously wanted a special meal. It far exceeded that. Owners Francesco and Sally did everything to make it special. We had a great table and was offered drinks on arrival. We had starters and had... More

Also the beef steak and other fish was very good. Very impressed overall. Wasn't cheap in the end but left full and happy.

This wonderful little place is off the beaten path in Rome. The place really fills up around 9:00 PM and appears to be where the locals eat. Many of the patrons seemed to be regulars as they were on a first name basis with the staff. Speaking of staff, they were gracious and accommodating. The food was plentiful and delicious!... More

We enjoyed everything about this restaurant, the food the service and the atmosphere. The fish dishes were amazing with a great selection 😁 Very popular with local Italians which is always a good sign, the staff are excellent and attend to your every needs without being intrusive. We'll definitely visit again if we're in Rome again.
