We enjoyed everything about this restaurant, the food the service and the atmosphere. The fish dishes were amazing with a great selection 😁 Very popular with local Italians which is always a good sign, the staff are excellent and attend to your every needs without being intrusive. We'll definitely visit again if we're in Rome again.

A seafood dinner on Christmas Eve is quite typical in Italy, and so my husband and I returned to our favorite place in Rome for food, drinks and the great atmosphere. We decided to have some of our favorites (swordfish cakes and fried calamari) and try something we have not ordered before (full lobster). These are all pictured, but some... More

I visited Eleonora D'Arborea in the Fall of 2013 with friends, and we had one of the best meals of our trip to Italy. It has been over a year, and I stil have fond memories of the place. It is in a residential area of Rome, so unless you have been told about it, you might miss it! The... More

This was my 4th visit to Rome and my third visit to Ristorante Eleonora D' Arborea. This time my husband and I brought old friends along and it was the most fun we had in Rome! We sat there for hours drinking fabulous wine, eating incredible italian food and enjoying the old-world ambience. The service was impeccable and the food was... More

Just been with my Sardinian wife and son who is over from UK for Xmas with us. Shamefully, although we live nearby the last time we were here was a year ago, again with our son. The melon and shrimp starter was a work of art and the turbot in potato crust just heavenly. From the welcoming prosecco and pane... More

I'm a regular customer (local, not tourist) of this amazing restaurant. Classy atmosphere, professional and caring service, top quality Sardinian food, good choice of wines (I advise the Fontana Liras Vermentino). Let the staff guide you through the refined menu. Make sure not to miss the "crudi". And end with the Sardinian bisquits with morto, limoncello or grappa (or all... More

Service was excellent and the food rich but delicious. Not good if you are counting calories! Book just to be sure of a table

In my opinion Rome is not the best location where to find a restaurant serving amazing fish and seafood however if you are looking for this kind of meal this place may be a nice surprise. As soon as we were accommodated in our table, outdoor being the weather still great, we were given a glass of prosecco, an Italian... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and we went there two nights running. The menu was very varied, mostly fish but with some meat and pasta dishes. We all had fish starters and mains and it was all wonderful and cooked to perfection. The best part of the evening was the after dinner freebies. It was medium priced and... More

This restaurant was a short walk from our hotel. We arrived just before it opened at 8pm on a Wednesday night without a reservation but were quickly escorted in and shown to a table. This was our first night in Italy. We didn't realize that dinner in Italy is a much later affair than in North America. The restaurant quickly... More
