We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel where we were staying. We had a wonderful meal - starting out with a complementary glass of Prosecco which was a nice touch. We didn't have a starter but went straight to the entree. I ordered the sea bream with a side of grilled vegetables, which was delicious. My... More

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel. We reserved a table for 8 pm on a Sunday evening and the large restaurant was soon very busy with a lot of locals. This is a very polished restaurant serving excellent authentic Italian food with efficient and cheerful staff. We had a most enjoyable meal and it is well recommended!

The general ambience is excellent living up to expectations. Service was friendly and prompt, with English speaking waiter to serve us. Appetisers were fine----seared tuna and fried baby octopus. Mains were a bit disappointing after that. Swordfish dish was somewhat on the dry side, comparing poorly with a similar dish I had recently in Australia.i would have preferred the Monkfish... More

On a three-night stay in Rome, with many well-recommended restaurants near our hotel, after our exceptional dining experience at The Eleanora D'Arborea on our first night, we chose to dine there on our last night as well! Seared tuna appetizers were delicious! Risotto and gnocchi dishes both exceptional as was the seafood main course! Service was superb - sophisticated as... More

We went on a Thursday night at 8.30 having booked in advance. The restaurant later got full with people waiting for a table. Quite near the various embassies so it appeared some people were meeting for business. Complementary Prosecco on arrival and unlimited Sicilian bread with tomatoes which was tasty. No vegetarian starters but I'm sure they would have prepared... More

If you like seafood, this is the place to go. It is also well visited by locals. Very nice staff. Squid as antipasto, salt crusted sea bass and potato-covered turbot were all delicious at a reasonable price.

Lovely place, very friendly and not far from our hotel who recommended it, for starters i had a shrimp in tomato sauce, very authentic italian dish followed by lobster done anyway, which was hard to put across as translation got lost, asked for thermodor and got a shoulder shrug, fried or grilled in garlic butter, still not really looking to... Went to the restaurant around 10PM on a Saturday evening. Staff was very nice, we were seated almost immediately. The restaurant was pretty busy at first but started to die down within the hour. Our waiter was great at first, but we never saw him again until it was time to pay the bill. We had to flag down another... More
