Me and my husband have come to this restaurant several times before and it has been a place to go for special occasions and for a real treat. Although the prices are a bit over the average Roman restaurant prices, it has always been well worth it until now. This time the food was as good as always but the... More

This is one of the under rated restuarants in Rome and at the end of our fabulous meal they gave us complementary digestives and pastries. Total bill was 80 Euro's. Unbelievable. Alot of local groups and couples eat here, a sure sign that this is great value.

It's widely accepted that Rome is a culinary treat of a city, with good food to be discovered everywhere you look. This restaurant is no exception. After being sat down by a very personable waiter and navigating the menu, I opted for the squid and octopus salad, which was a real delight, with both the squid and it's 8 legged... More

We were fortunate enough to be shepherded through the menu by the young, very knowledgeable manager who is a Sardinian native. From suggesting a delicious Sardinian wine (Cannonau Riserva Corash) to the swordfish & Sardinian pecorino lasagne, to the gnocchi with clams, truffle, & shrimp, we enjoyed a spectacular meal, as well as being introduced to a new & amazon... I just loved it here, the food was excellent. I chose courgette flowers stuffed with turbot and prawns to start and followed this with deep fried calamari and prawns, the calamari was soft and not at all chewy but my real memory is of the courgette flowers and I'm still dreaming of them now. To boot I dined on my... More

After reading reviews for a different seafood restaurant in Rome I came across someone recommending this one instead. We took a chance and went without a booking and were immediately seated outside. We got there before 8pm and by then it was full outside. The food was excellent for all three courses we had (neither of us had space for... More

Just happened to be passing this restaurant and decided to go in. Looked busy while other nearby restaurants were practically empty so thought that looked promising. We weren't wrong! Food, service so good, even to Brits, that we booked for my birthday later in the week. Even more impressed the second time. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. This restaurant... More

I had booked this months ahead for my partner's birthday. Based on rave reviews here and elsewhere. We left very disappointed First of all the place is way out in the boon docks. It is a fair walk from the nearest metro station. We had the mixed hot and cold entree which was not very good. However the seafood lasagna... More

Dear Andrew764, Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am very sorry that you left disappointed. Our clients’ satisfaction and impeccable service is always our goal. I would like to respond to a few of your points: - I believe that saying we are ‘ out in the boondocks’ is overstating. We assume that our clients do... More

Amazing flavours and interesting dishes. This restaurant specialises in Sardinian seafood and has a great menu. The Raw, Hot and Cold mixed starter was an experience - the first time I'd eaten Sea Urchin, along with various other fish and seafood, both raw and cooked. A delicious creamy risotto followed, then some Sardinian sweet cakes and coffee to finish.
