DIPPED GELATO!

Not sure what else needs to be said, but yes, they dip gelato in chocolate or white chocolate upon request. Great assortment of flavors, average prices. Line moves quickly, take an extra spoon and napkin!

It is true that all roads lead to Rome, and that is because all roads lead to the fridgidarium! The gelato here is excellent some times the lines ca get a little long but it is well worth the wait. Get the flavor fridgidarium i think it is the best flavor.

We got the big cup for 4 euros, we were able to mix and match up to 4 flavours. Also our choice of white or dark chocolate on top. There was a line but worth it. It's close to Piazza Navona south exit, just make a right and walk for a minute.

Very busy but well organized staff so the line moves quick from the outside, great customer service and patience with my kids while trying to decide flavours. They dip you I've cream in white or dark chocolate or add cream yum!

We went here after asking Siri for recommendations for gelato and we were only about 5 minutes away at the time. This is the best gelato in Rome. Of all the other places we had been they seem to rush you out as fast as they can. At Frigidarium they take the time to ask what you like, explain flavours... More

They say italian ice cream is the best there is. Well Frigidarium is a place, where making ice cream flavours is art and eating them is pure pleasure.

The line outside and the colorful cones of gelati on the hands of happy customers emerging from the shop tells us it is worth waiting. The flavours are fairly typical but at €3 for a good size medium cone it is very good value by Rome prices. The good ones are cafe, ricotta with Blackberries, hazelnut, and passion fruit. Pistachio... More

Very good gelato, price is within range of similar places. Service is OK. Selection of flavors is fine. Would recommend the chocolate fondant and Pistacchio.

I eat gelato in Italy more than 10 places ( maybe near 20) and this is my best favorite gelato in Italy. Best chocolate and strawberry taste. Don't miss it! Have few seats but better than none.
