Touristic good

Usually I ran from turistic restaurants , specially the ones with people offering the menu and inviting at the door. But this one was so close and we were so hungry and tired we risked to take a chance, and we were lucky ! Good pasta , reasonable price, fast service. When I say good pasta I mean... read more

I was three times in Rome, so believe me I have great experience in restaurants. The best restaurant I found was this one. There is a wide range of dishes, we tried couple of them. All of them was very very delicious, the size of the food is more than enough for a very good price. Waiters were kind and... More

Day one of our Rome trip, while walking along this street of what seemed to be tens of your typical touristy Italian restaurants, something drew us to this one, perhaps the friendly girl waving us inside with her chants of "fresh home made pasta" or perhaps it was more like the cry of "free champagne", truth be told! :) In... Excellent restaurant - so good we visited twice and would have been more if we had found it sooner. Outstanding service - free Prosecco and Limoncello. They made us feel like old friends when we returned on the second day. Located on a bust street right next to the Pantheon with bags of atmosphere. The food was of good range... More

We were just walking past and were tempted in by the enthusiastic staff outside on our first evening in rome. The food, service and the atmosphere was terrific. We tried two other restaurants on holiday but they didn't come close, luckily we managed to get back in on a busy valentines day and had another fantastic meal. Would highly recommend.

We were staying near the Trevi Fountain and wandered down the alley searching for somewhere local for dinner. We soon learned there are restaurant staff outside of each establishment to entice you to enter. The lovely girl outside of er Faciolaro was hard to turn down she was so enthusiastic about their food. SHE WAS RIGHT - wonderful atmosphere, delicious... More

We recently went to Rome and ate in this restaurant for three nights we were that impressed. The service was fantastic with very friendly and fun staff (especially our waiter Giorgio!!). The wine was delicious, and the food was perfect and so tasty! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and you will not be disappointed. On the final night... More

We were "caught" by Laora with her lovely sales pitch! Although we walked past at first, decided to come back for our meal, seated outside under the heat lamps. We had a lovely evening, food was good and Laora and Tony made our evening even more pleasurable. Thanks again!

Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
