Great food in the centre of Rome, two minutes from the Pantheon. Traditional fresh homemade pasta, tender veal and chicken and delisicous vegetables dishes. All the dishes we have had here, were full of flavour. All the staff are warm welcoming and friendly. The doorman isn't pushy, he is very jovial, even if you choose not to eat here, unlike... More

Previous reviewers have captured the essence of Er Faciolaro -- it delivers friendly service, great atmosphere and location (and even in winter it is better to sit outside to soak up the ambience and fun of a busy laneway near the Pantheon). The food was a mixed bag. Antipastos were not as generous as we expected but they were tasty.... More

We had a surprisingly good experience eating here because in general I am very wary of "touristy street restaurants" (and this is one of them). We sat and said, even if the food is not very good, the location is great. Do sit outside and see the crowds walk by. We have 2 pasta dishes and that was more than... More

We passed her twice wanting to sit outside but couldn't so settled with an inside table. They make a lot of effort to get you in, more so than the other restaurants but it seemed to end at the door. I had the diavola pizza, it was ok but lacking flavour compared to the 2 other pizzerias we visited whilst... More

We stopped for lunch at re Faciolaro which is just around the corner from our hotel and just off the square of the Pantheon. We ordered a nice salad, vegetarian pizza and a bottle of wine. Good service by Laora and Tony. Prompt service and good food. Made friends with a nice couple from Kuwait. Pleasant lunch.

At lunch here, friendly local restaurant, busy mainly with locals. The pizzas were great, some of the best we have ever had anywhere. The base was really thin and crispy just how they should be. Highly recommended.

er Faciolaro is on one of those narrow, crowded, touristy streets near the Pantheon. As you walk up there you think to yourself, there just can't be anywhere near here that isn't a ripoff. But you know what? This is the place to head for. I've been 3 times (Sept 2013, Sept 2014) and will go back next time in... More

An amazing restaurant near the Pantheon, a perfect place where you can eat, and to a great price. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Dany and Tony.

Thank you for this special evening we had at your restaurant. The food and wine was delicious. Fresh and tasteful, and exactly according to our wishes. But what the evening at your restaurant made perfect was the people who worked there, especially Dani Toni. What a humor! He is a entertainer with a good sense of respectful treatment to everybody.... More

Me and my husband visited for our last lunch in Rome and wish we'd found this place sooner. Service from toni and Dani was attentive with a great digestion for my husband to have the lobster pasta. This was actually half a lobster. Weer started with an amazing fish platter followed by the lobster pasta and lasagna. We washed this... More
