Good coffee!

If you want a good coffee and a fair price then this is the place to be in my opnion. The counter service is a bit chaotic but certainly adds to the charm of this place. A must-do if you're a coffee-drinker!

Went here on a hot summer day and all that was wrong in my world was instantly melted away literally! The espresso parfait rocked my world and was something I ate that I will never forget. The old timey baristas were also great!!

Tazza D'Oro is just around the corner from the Pantheon. It was our go to Breakfast spot. The cappuccino was the BEST I have EVER had. Hands down. The froth was so thick and flavorful. We got two cappuccino, and 4 pastries each morning and it cost only 5.5 Euro. Are you kidding? Price was great. It can get a... More

As the title says - the best coffee we've had in Rome in four trips. Very reasonably priced and a great place to pick up quality coffee (ground or beans) to take home with you.

Tazza d'oro just reopened after doing few weeks of redisigned. It has completely lost its authenticity and has made room for the thousands of tourists ticking their tourist guide to-do list. The crois and new lights make it look like a supermarket. Living in Rome, i can tell the coffee is still good but the same quality can be found... More

This is a busy bar which sells espresso and cappuccino and a few other items. The coffee is roasted on the premises and the espresso is very good, better than the average of Rome.

My husband and I were excited to try espressos in Italy. We stopped by here based on the trip advisor reviews the day after going to Sciascia, which was also highly rated. After having Sciascia, the espresso here tasted like the average Roma espresso. The bitter flavor hit me first, followed by the strong roasted flavor. If you're looking for... More

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
