This is the best cup of coffee we had in Rome and the price was about $1.50. There are plenty of tourist traps around Pantheon charging you 7 euros for a latte don't even think about and go straight to Tazza D'Oro you won't regret it.

After seeing this place on the Travel Channel show Dangerous Grounds we had no choice but to stop in. After a completely underwhelming cappuccino in view of the Pantheon for an exorbitant price,we wandered around the corner and saw Tazza D'Oro. After walking in and deciphering the ordering system, we got our cappucinni and couldn't have been more in awe.... More

This was the best coffee shop I have ever been. Espresso was perfect. We also had granita caffe con panna which is a semi frozen desert with coffee. We liked this as well. The coffee shop is only 30 seconds to Pantheon. You should definitely visit here before or after visiting Pantheon is you are a coffee lover.

A staple in Rome. Have anything. The place is awesome. Pay first, then go to the bar. I have been here too many times to list but I cant walk past without stopping. No seating area. Only at the bar or to walk with. Great candy and coffee for sale to take home.

This is the real deal... a fantastic dark roast Italian coffee with or without milk. Pay when you order then drink at the counter with the locals. Pastries are super cheap and delicious too. A perfect way for this Melbourne tourist to start the day!

On the corner opposite the Pantheon. It's a tradition you stop you wander in, you try to pay you get directed to the queue trying to pay, you pay, you take your slip to the wrong counter, you queue for the Granita, it looks like ice cream in a cup but it isn't, I won't tin the the surprise but... BUT it was a fun and convenient place to get an espresso after seeing the Pantheon. Quirky and lively, totally kitsch, but not the best espresso in Rome.

Just steps from the Pantheon is this "coffee only" gem, arguably the best coffee in Rome. When the "best" gelato establishments are gouging customers (4 coffees and 4 gelati = 36 euros), this place charges under 1 euro for a cup of liquid gold. It is just perfect every time.

Certainly not a place of design and a place to stay by reading a book, but most certainly a place to drink wonderful coffee. A must in Rome with a real atmosphere just close to Pantheon.

Next to the Pantheon. Quick efficient service with a smile. Incredible coffee and the coffee granita with cream is to die for.
