Outstanding service

If you're dining late, consider going to Cybo, they close at 2am (think the kitchen is open until 1am). Went there with my wife at 11pm on a Sunday and got great service. Artur and the rest of the staff were superb, can highly recommend it. It's close to Piazza Navona, so there are many tourist... read more

The night before we walked past and I thought it looked nice. Sadly I think the chef must have had the night off. Beef carpaccio was steak tartar and rather chewy. Prawns tempura were very standard. Our steaks, both different, were chewy and I didn't even finish mine. During the meal people on the table behind us sent their food... More

Nice location away from the busy tourists around Piazza Navona. Great food matched with decent pricing... The beef carpaccio is a must have... Pizza sizes are very generous... Would certainly go back

We were encouraged to visit from our Cortona friends and we were not disappointed. Staff hard working and reservations recommended. We enjoyed be spaghetti calamari and the rigatoni alla amatriciana. Prices are competitive and the setting is much nicer than most trattoria/ristorante. Good luck and enjoy!

We was planned to go Bar del Fico nearby but it was too early for dinner. We walked by Cybo. It looked trendy more like a bar setting. The food is surprisingly good but slightly higher price in terms of its value.

Was looking for an alternative to the touristy restaurants, and my instincts told me this place would be good. It definitely exceeded expectations. Very friendly staff, accommodations to my family's peculiar food requirements, delicious food and wine, and a very reasonable price compared to where we are visiting from.

The food was great but the quantity was very poor at least for the price you were getting them. To avoid!

Dear customer, sorry that the amount was not enough. If informed us we could meet your needs. I do not think the restaurant is to be avoided because the portions are not large quantity Next time if you decide to come just that specifies the amounts being abundant. Best regards More

Trendy modern restaurant, in the heart of the old city. Despite being surrounded by touristic restaurants Cybo was full of Italians. There is a hip buzz in a refined way. Excellent food and attentive service. The owner a young restaurateur was helpful and keen that the dining experience was a success. Insalatina di baccala con finocchi, olive nere e arance... More
