We were visiting Rome on a whistle-stop tourist trip in September 2014 and our Guide recommended this restaurant (amongst others). Seats were available outside under umbrellas (in the sun and heat) and in the cooler inside. The food was very homely and the staff very friendly. The service was a little slow but a group of us did arrive at... More

We were visiting the Piazza Navona with a tour and broke off for lunch. There are several cafés on the piazza, but our tour guide said this one was better than most. We sat outside, and had a terrific view of the antics going on in the piazza. We each ordered a pizza (cheapest menu item at €9) and shared... More

We visited 4 Fiumi several times on our recent visit to Rome and found it excellent! We had lunch once - great value for money - but had drinks only on most of our stops. We loved their Campari Spritzs, and the little extras they provide with them, and it's a great spot for people watching! The service was great... More

We only enjoyed the location. We ordered one espresso freddo and one cappuccino freddo. We were both served nothing that reminds these kind of coffees. We paid 5 euros for each coffee. We paid the location, not the price. We are sorry.

We loved the location of this resturant the atmosphere in the square were it is situated at night is fantastic. The food was very good and we found that the portion sizes were good compared to other restaurants in Rome similarly priced. The service was good and the waiter attentive. We enjoyed our experience here so much that we dined... More

We struggled a bit to find good fresh food amongst the endless mediocre pizza and pasta in Rome. Fiumi is great. The waiting staff were very attentive and efficient. They promoted the fresh seasonal produce and having gone with their recommendations, we weren't disappointed. The location of the restaurant is great and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Our tour director highly recommended this place while were were at Piazza Navona. We were seated outside in the front patio and we ordered the fettuccine Pescatore, Risotto di mare and a couple of other traditional dishes. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was even better. Service was fast and friendly. The manager and wait staff made sure we... More

We ate pasta here for lunch. The pasta sauce tasted jarred or canned and the pasta was not fresh either. The atmosphere was great because it overlooked Piazza Navona, but I would have rather saved my money and eaten somewhere off the main piazza.

We picked this restaurant based on reviews on trip advisor, the great location, and the claim that there was gluten free pasta and pizza. We arrived, were seated and rushed to order. We had read that the restaurant had gluten free pizza , pasta, and bread. We asked about gluten free options, but the waiter knew nothing. We had to... More

We were wrapping up our trip to Italy, and decided to eat at the Piazza Navona. This restaurant was recommended by the hotel, so we gave it a try. It has a huge outdoor seating area, which is cooled off by misting fans, so it was very comfortable, even in mid-July. The seating area gave a great view of all... More
