Worth Every Minute and Every Euro :)

We were on our honeymoon in Italy when we stumbled upon Settembrini Cafe. It was the lighting that was beautifully displayed outside the cafe that drew us in. We weren't sure if we would stay but then we heard live music just inside. The place was full and the atmosphere was fantastic. We spoke to... read more

So we ducked in here for a drink when we saw that it was TEEMING with twenty-somethings. There were no seats, so we sat outside. No one came for over a half hour. I don't know why we didn't get up and leave. Once we FINALLY got service, when the waiter didn't bother lighting the heat lamp, we paid an... More

Poor quality snacks, expensive and unfriendly service, honestly surprised of the crowd that populates this Roman bar.i

It's not as easy as you might think to find good coffee in Rome, but here it is fantastic. As an added bonus they have free wifi to use and loads of space both inside and outside so you can sit and chat/read/work for as long as you like and you won't be pushed into leaving. In fact the service... More

Went here at around midnight for a late night cocktail. The place is divided into 3 spaces ie cafe, restaurant and bar. We did not eat here so chose to sit outside which is set up in a really interesting and lovely way. The street is much quieter than many in Rome making it very enjoyable to sit there (a... More

Stumbled upon this place after being steered wrong TWICE by TripAdvisor (places that didn't exist anymore). Was a nice place to stumble into. The waiter was very attentive. Our first waitress did not speak much english, so she found this gentleman to assist us. He was great. We had a cheese plate and some drinks. Hit the spot!

I ate here on day 8 of my travels through Italy, first night in Rome. I had a reservation but they kept me waiting a while, even though it was pretty empty. My drink was adequate. Both my primi and second were tasteless. At the recommendation of the server, I had the fish and chips. Howard Johnson used to have... More

We found the restaurant just passing by, will going to our hotel by taxi ! The place seemed nice and we liked the terrace with parasols. We just arrived there with no reservation and the place was full, but they managed to find a table for us, outside for 4 ! Was perfect. The menu is exclusively in Italian (but... More

It's a charming place without any care for its customers. My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of waiting for food that came too late. After waiting well over an hour to call their attention, it was then that they realized that "their computer messed up" so the chef never cooked our main courses. It would have been believable...
