The best meal we had in Rome

Throughly enjoyed the food and experience Ad Hoc is a fine dinning experience.. A small restaurant that you will take to the minute you walk through the door... Attentive staff in crisp uniform.. This restaurant had a wonderful ambiance. Staff, food, drinks - everything was fantastic. We walked past this restaurant and thought it looked beautiful so booked dinner here for the eve of my partner's birthday. As soon as we entered we were greeted with a glass of prosecco followed by amuse bouche and various treats. Being a menu that specialises in... More

Very friendly place, amazing wines, imaginative menu (including the possibility to order a combo of small portions of two different main course dishes), great service. We will definitely go there again next time we are in Rome

If you ever go to Rome and can only splurge once in your lifetime, don't miss this incredible restaurant. Rated as one of the top restaurants in Rome, it completely lives up to its reputation. Your experience actually does not begin at this location, but a block away. When you make a dinner reservation, you are invited to a pre-dinner... More

The place is very well set, with a lot of wine bottles between the tables. They offer a set of dishes with the season's truffle. Overall, it is a great option outside the traditional italian food circuit in Rome. Their tiramisu sucks

Accidentally we came across this fantastic place. Really they didn't have room for us, but miraculously two seats opened and we stayed all night! The truffle menu was fantastic (I just can't get enough) and the wine menu was terrific (husband is a true wine aficionado). Service impeccable - staff definitely shared our passion for truffles and wine. Setting was... More

Great, friendly service. Glass of complementary sparkling wine given at the beginning. Good advice given on the menu. The venue looks cool and sophisticated with the walls covered with wine bottles. Starter: a mix of fish based dishes- the salmon was the best of those. Main: Sea Bass was soooo good Dessert: It was coconut based. Can't remember more specifics... More
