Great food, Great Staff

We had the black truffle tasting menu, and it was really great. The wine pairing was also great(some of the best red wines I have had, even in Paris). The staff was also top notch.

Started with a truffle tasting. A short walk to the restaurant that has a really cozy atmosfere. We chose from the menu. We just let the waiter choose the wine. Exellent. I am sure to go there again when we visit Rome next time.

I booked a table for two a couple of weeks ago, I booked online and I received an email which invited me and my colleague to a Truffle tasting at a location close to the restaurant - and this prior to dinner. We went to this location and were treated to a tasting of 8 different kinds of truffle with... More

My wife and I went to Ad Hoc based on a recommendation from fellow Aussie travellers we happened to cross paths with. We went on our last night in Rome. The atmosphere is nice and cosy, the service is attentive and the menu and food excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our last night in Rome. Definitely recommend and will return.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience visiting Ad Hoc the last time we were in Rome. The diner itself and the complementary truffle tasting were great. Ad Hoc's wonderful staff takes wonderful care of you. Definitely ond of the highlights of our stay in the wonderful city of Rome.

If, like me, you enjoy really good food and wine, then make sure you pay Ad Hoc a visit. This is more than just going out for dinner....it is a truly wonderful experience. It is advisable to reserve a table in advance. The experience begins with an invitation to a truffle tasting which takes place in a little shop about... More

Likely the best dinner I have ever had. Spent 10 days in Paris & Rome on a bit of a food adventure (with dinner reservations inspired by top rated TripAdvisor recommendations). Of all the restaurants visited, this one stood out in a league of it's own. The food and service were both amazing. I will be returning, if I ever... More

We booked Ad Hoc online (via email) before our arrival in Rome (which gives a 10% discount). The service was amazing. As we sat down we were treated to Prosecco. We selected two of the pre-fixe meals, but you can eat a la carte as well. They have truffle pre-fixe meals which are over 100 euros each, or normal pre-fixe... More

Myself and a friend booked this on recommendation from another friend and we were not disappointed! The free truffle-tasting (which also came with a glass of wine) was in a nice and relaxed setting and there was absolutely no sales push - a lovely way to start dinner, The meal itself was beyond delicious. I highly recommend the taster menu,... More

My parents recommended this place to me. As a mid-range traveller, I'm always a bit ambivalent about spending money on a fine dinner. After going there, the only thing I can say is : Thank God I went! The service, atmosphere and setting of this restaurant are really perfect and so is the food. So, to answer your question :...
