This is a different dining experience. First of all, if you like truffle, this is as good as a 5 star review. If you don't, or don't drink, then you'd have to be open minded. A great service, though.

This was an excellent restaurant, the food and service were faultless. It was my husband's 50th birthday and I had selected this restaurant from the many reviews on TA - I wasn't disappointed !. The waitress (Daniella) mad every effort to accommodate our various tastes and had an extensive knowledge of the wines and foods on offer. We had been... More

I enjoyed celebrating a birthday dinner at Ad Hoc on my most recent visit to Rome. The service was excellent! We were poured free champagne for the occasion, and I would recommend all the pasta dishes and seafood dishes. My family definitely enjoyed the sea bass and the gnocchi the most. Next time I'm in rome, I will definitely come... More

we booked the day before. and per TA reviews were excited to dine with them. However our experience was at best disappointing. We paid a fortune for the truffle tasting menu only to be served truffle that we serenely lacking in flavor: which ain't what you want. we were seated next to the wait station and had to endure endless... This place is really quite spectacular. My take on vacations is that you may only get to try a place once, so just go for it. I ordered the truffle tasting menu and it was magnificent. The dishes and wine pairings were just what I expected from such a highly rated restaurant. If you do order the truffle tasting be... More
