This restaurant is authentic, cheap and very busy. We didn't book, but got there early. Other customers were turned away. We got a sense of a family run restaurant with all he Italian dishes you could think of. We opted to have pasta only. I had Lasagne and my wife has Tagliatelle. Both were Al Dente. Washed down with a... More

Stayed in Rome 4 nights and had two meals here -its so good value. A lively atmosphere in a family run restaurant - the prices were very reasonable and a meal for 3 with wine, water, beer starters and deserts cost us 60 -70 Euros. The house wine was decent at 6 Euro a litre. Sea Bass and Lemon Sole... More

Decided to visit after checking the reviews on TA. The waiter who served us (the one with a moustache) was very welcoming and friendly. We ordered spaghetti a Cacio r Pepe and a lasagna, a beer, a small bottle of wine (be warned, menu States 0.5 litres but you only get a 37.5 litre bottle!). The pasta dishes were ok,... More

Great and affordable italian food. Service was fast and friendly. You better make a reservation. Hyvää ja edullista italialaista ruokaa. Palvelu oli nopeaa ja ystävällistä. Varaa pöytä etukäteen.

The restaurant was situated close to our hotel ,the reviews were favourable and the menu looked interesting, but the food overall was mediocre. The pasta dishes were quite well delivered but after that it went downhill. My sausage dish was very basic and the chicken in sauce lacked flavour. Most disappointing was the tiramisu -very dry and tasteless with microscopic... More

We eat here a few times, prices a little bit lower than the nearby restaurants but nothing special about food. Sometimes good sometimes they missed entirely. For 2 persons taking both “ First Dishes”, this is mostly a pasta no meat, and a bottle of mineral water, the cost with service was around 30 euros. The service is mediocre, we... More

We had a very good dinner here at a moderate price. It's in what Americans would call a basement but a very appealing one with vaulted ceilings and various rooms that permit conversation rather than one big noisy room. Service was efficient and pleasant.

Traditional Italian fare with very friendly staff and typical prices for the area. We (3 of us) had antipasti (artichokes and olives), 3 pasta dishes, and 2 desserts (lemon fresco and the mixed gelato). everything was excellent.

It is downstairs in somewhat cramped quarters but highly recommended. We ate there twice in a week and probably would go again next time in Rome. A little bit touristy with multi-language menus, and many American and Japanese patrons, but the food was genuine and very well prepared. I ate stuff like anchovies in vinegar and Vitello Tonnato, which is... More

We visited this restaurant with our friends during our visit to Rome and we're vary pleasant with food quality and verity. The service was excellent and in a timely manner. The choice of Italian wine was very good including red and white wines. I would recommend this place for a very good eating.
