It was pouring rain so this restaurant's proximity to the Marriott at the top of Via Veneto drew us in. A large basket of bread appeared, and later appeared on the bill as 2.60euro per person. 1/4 liter of wine was 4.50euro, higher than most places more than a block off Via Veneto. The pizza was 12euro, again more than... more

Great neighborhood restaurant. But the neighborhood is a block off of the ritzy Via Veneto, and the prices reflect this. Two soups, two pasta dishes, anchovy crostini, one tiramisu and a half liter of a good house white wine resulted in an EUR82 bill. That said, the service was friendly and English-speaking, the food excellent with some pasta dishes new... more

We arrived in Rome late and we scrambled to make the most of our evening. We were staying at the Westin and with a 7 year old in tow, we did not feel like putting him through a fine dining experience by eating at the hotel. We wandered up two streets and found this restaurant, which kept late hours. It... more

The food is so good in Italy, that this OK restaurant was disappointing. If I lived there I would give it another chance - but for travelers - once is enough. more

I had read good things about this restaurant online, and decided to take my family here on the day of our arrival in Rome (a Sunday). We were jet-lagged and wanted an early dinner (5PM Rome time), so our options were limited (most establishments opening at 7PM or later). I was very pleased to find La Bruschetta E open, and... more

Our family of five all give La Bruschetta 2 thumbs up. Pizza was loved, as was the minestrone soup, penne, and spaghetti. Better than the food was the ultra friendly waiter, Boniface, who has been written up by others. He knows his sports triiva and spent some time in Ottawa so he even understands the long suffering Leaf fan. If... more

We ate here a few times. There 4 cheese pizza is really good as is their house wine. Prices were high by American standards but pretty average for the area. About $50 US for two pizza's, house wine and beer. Very close to the Westin hotel. Atmposhere was nice and typical of the other eateries. Service was good as well. more

Given that we're staying at the Gran Flora, this restaurant was literally just round the corner, which is why we chose it this particular day. The food was good, but pricer than most places we'd eaten, since we'd eaten at places away from the piazzas - THAT is where you'll find an outstanding Italian meal for an unbelievably good price.... more
