My girlfriend & I were staying nearby & decided to eat close as we had seen a lot of small charming looking restaurants; we picked this one. The waiter was quite rude & possessed this arrogant demeanour about him; the menu was very over priced! As the waiter took our drinks order, he was again short & swift then proceeded... More

Great pastries, good gelato and nice and friendly staff. It has a restaurant next to the pastry shop, I haven't tried that one yet. Perhaps next time when visiting Rome...

The food was good, sweet breakfast and decent coffee. A little slow service but good quality. But when sitting down we were charged an extra 7 euros for 'service' and weren't really told about it.

Location - great, near Ottaviano metro Service - tad slow, but attentive and helpful, could have been warmer Food - hearty, warm, good portion. May be tad on expensive side The table near us smoked, so it did affect us somewhat. If only the entire place can be smoke free.

We incidentally walked past this place on our way to grab some lunch after a few hours spent in the vatican. The customers are mainly italians coming in for a quick bite and to get their "shot" of espresso before they are on their way. With this said most of them don't know English, so our tourist visit must have... More

Beautiful pastries with a strong local clientele, does it get much better? We were introduced to La Fiorentina while on a food tour but came back to sample more of the terrific sweets and ultimately went home with a big box of tasty treats to eat on our upcoming day trip to Pompeii. LF is in the Prati area so... More

Had Christmas Eve lunch here. Our family of six had lamb, boar and rabbit as a main meal and grilled vegetables as side dishes. The rabbit was the best. We had pasta to begin our dinner and wonderful deserts to end it. The customer service was very good. The restaurant is not cheap, but the food was good. We sat... More

Wonderful gelato but over an hour before the check came. Others (Italians) were given fast service. 2 gelato and 2 coffee for 20 euros.

We knew Rome is not the place for steak, but one evening DH had to have a steak. Definitely a good one, though not mind-boggling. Go for the Tuscan cuts.

The staff is very nice, we ate starters (very good) and pizzas were not exceptional. It's well located and easy to find.
