Late lunch

Had a late lunch with fabulous view of the coliseum and sunset. Very happy that the kitchen was open and the food was great. Service was very poor. He didn't get half of our order and was very VERY slow. Good if you can ignore that and enjoy the location and food.

Apertivos are my favourite Italian food tradition. Buy a drink, get access to a little buffet of hot and cold foods. This place has wonderful drinks, and the food was not bad either. The view beats out the bad, and the lights on the Colleseum are Devine. We were full from drinks and appetizers we did not go to dinner.

I don't generally like to dine in restaurants right in front of major tourist sites as from experience, the food is always overpriced and bad quality and often overpriced. However, after an entire morning walking around the beautiful city, we were starving and this was the closest place. The view was just amazing for starters and it made our meal... More

Honestly, what made breakfast perfect at Oppio wasn't just the food and the view. It was also because Gilberto was the friendliest waiters!

In the day we visit The Colosseum, we stop by, after visiting to a coffee. This place is very near to the Colosseum and it offers a great view while you are enjoyng a cappucino. We received from they near the capuccino , the cannoli (italian cookie). It was quite great the time spending here.

I stopped in after a tour of the Colosseum. Quick and friendly service. A pint of London Pride, a nice single malt and a great view! I didn't eat but everyone I saw that was looked happy!

We truly enjoyed a wonderful leisurely lunch at this café on the patio looking over at the coliseum. The waiting staff was reasonably attentive and friendly. Decent food for our lunch that was enjoyed with a bottle of wine. Busy location that was great for people watching.
