Six of us actually sought this place because of a recommendation in a guide book. We found it 7:00 pm. Two waiters finally came outside when we began to seat ourselves. The place was empty and they acted like we were disturbing their meal. After the drink orders were placed, we waited a good 5 minutes - while watching one... More

It was all so bad (the service and the food) that we had to get away as quickly as possible. Home made pasta was a disgrace. I am half Italian and I have been to Italy almost every year for 30 years. We will not be going near this place again.

This is a tough place to find. It's located on a very, VERY small street (did I mention it's also a thin street?) and for as much pedestrian and vehicular traffic as it gets, not a major road. So give yourself some time to search for it, especially if you're unfamiliar with Rome street layouts. That being said, what a... More

We should have read Tripadvisor before spending too much time locating this place which received great reviews in Frommers. Service although not bad was very cold. Not friendly at all nor helpful. Food was fair. Calamari salad bland, gnocchi was dense and not flavorful dish with clams and arugula, ravioli and grilled squid good. Pasta with cheese and pepper very... More

The food is pretty good here. Won't knock you off of your feet but it's solid. Nice corner tucked away from the Roman masses and tourist traps. I had a group of 5 and we all had good meals.

We were staying around the corner in an apartment and stumbled upon this place. Since it wasn't full of tourists, we decided to try it and were pleased. The pesto gnocchi and spinach ravioli were amazing and the pasta was so fresh. The house white wine was very good. Although it's much less expensive than nearby Piazza Navona options, it... More

Stumbled upon this place while wondering the back streets following Rick Steves guide. A quiet place just a block away from most pedestrian traffic. Plenty of outside seating though not in a shade. The staff was very friendly with good knowledge of English. The house white wine was above par. Pasta dishes were moderate in size but perfect aldente. Capre... More

Stumbled upon this place by accident and it definitely did not look like your usual Rome touristy place! A quick look at the menu tad us that they offered more then the average Rome fare. We have enjoyed eating the traditional dishes but were looking for something a bit more then lamb an artichokes--and we got it. The food was... More

The food was really bad, every deep frozen pizza is better than what is served here. The salads are average at best. The worst thing is the service though. When we told them that we could actually not eat the pizza we were told:"We serve 50 pizzas a day, so what do you expect?!" There is really good food and... More

We did not book this restaurant and found it by accident in a quiet backwater. It was not just full of British tourists, which is a good sign, but also Italian and Polish families with children. It was not particularly busy and the decor is rather uninspiring with some people sitting down waiting for takeaways. The service was not especially... More
