There a number of classic Roman dishes to be had here as well as neapolitan pizzottelle which are fried small pizzas. The place is busy and therefore service can be slow. The typical dishes we had were good but some of the standard fare that youngsters like were less interesting. The wine list is average but there is enough to... More

My husband and I were staying in Parioli during our honeymoon and were very happy to discover this restaurant on our second night. The staff was extremely helpful, especially in translating some of the menu items (they do have an English menu, but some of the ingredients still need to be described). We let the waiter make some recommendations based... More

The food is is not outstanding but is of good quality at a reasonable price. Reserve a table on Friday and Saturday as the place is over flowing.

This is a restaurant in the Parioli area, thus not in the core of the touristic circuit. So, I think that is frequented by local people and, therefore, the menu is not translated and becomes more difficult to choose the dishes, but the staff is friendly to explain each one. It has a good atmosphere in the summer with many... More

We went here twice during our stay. This doesn't open until 730, bit of a pain when we were ready to eat at 630 one Saturday night but all restaurants in Rome seem to be like this. The food was great on both nights bar one dessert which was profiteroles. These were put in a bowl full of dark choc... More

I recommend to book a table beforehand choosing between outside and inside. the menu is very rich although some of the things end up at some point. order pizzelle ripiene they are super!! the food is average:... A local hotel in the 'embassy' quarter of Rome. It was pointed out to us by our hotel concierge as we were staying in that area. We arrived at 8pm and it was empty. Sat outside under an awning but by 9pm the place was packed and full of locals and local hotel guests. Must have been 100 people. Staff... More

Our Hotel Parco Dei Principi recommended this restaurant. If you do not speak italian request the English Menu and save yourself all the headaches, only the pasta dishes are not in english. The food was really good but you must be prepared to spend a minimum of 3 hours for dinner. They take their time to assist you, it takes... More

My friends and I were staying at a nearby hotel for a week while working in Rome. Few restaurants in this almost entirely residential (huge villas and embassies!) district. We were so lucky to discover this ever-welcoming place. It is very popular with the locals, so booking is essential, even though there are a lot of covers. The food is... More

We hadn't been back in over a year, since we moved away from Rome. But we were greeted with same warm embrace as when we dined there frequently during our 2 year stint in Rome. The food is simple, perfect, authentic. The staff and owners are charming, lovely, kind, generous.... The prices are extremely reasonable. If I knew I had... More
