Ate here for my daughters birthday, food was amazing. Fish carpaccio was out of this world! Couldn't fault any of the food. Pistachio cake for dessert was one of the best cakes I have ever tried. Service was impeccable. Be prepared to pay though

Being a New Yorker, we are used to great Italian food so most of the restaurants we dined in Rome did not "wow" us. They were all very good, but nothing spectacular. However, Chinappi, was an incredible find. It was located within 10 minutes of walk from our hotel (Grand Palace Boscolo on Via Veneto) so we decided to eat... More

I visited the Chinappi restaurant in February with a few friends. I had high expectations due to previous recommendations for the restaurant and I must admit that Chinappi totally lived up to its reputation. I am a big fan of sea-food and this restaurant is by far the best place in Rome if you are keen fish. The staff were... More

I've never found something like that, the food was fresh, delicious and presented like in the best magazine, the boss really kind and adviced us a gorgeous dinner, the waiters were so nice and spoiled us so much, the price was honest for as good was the dinner...We'll come back for sure!!!

It is indeed a very good sea-food restaurant. Stephano will charm you with Roma and fish of Ital. Sea foods are fresh and presentation is excellent. Owners speak Enlgish, French, Italian and Russian. So you will be well assisted. We tried a new plate " le Couteau" from French Bretagne.. Not bad at all.. i like it.. Deserts are amazing... More

This is quite a luxurious restaurant and pricy (about 60 euros per person). So stay away if you look for something cheap. We had fish and it was really fresh and tasty. We also had the homemade ravioli. I liked less the pasta but my partner loved it. The homemade bread was also good. The wine was ok and they... More

We went to this restaurant because it was around the corner from our hotel and nothing else was open in our neighborhood. We were looking for a small meal as it was later in the evening so when we sat down we ordered two glasses of wine, which were good, and the waiter brought bread to the table. The bread... More

This was a marvellous experience, we were greeted with such warmth and treated as a guest should be, a balance of respect and friendliness. From the wine to the dessert...everything was perfect....dinner for 2 was only 85 euros...very good for fine dining. I would share photos but our camera was stolen on the train in Lucerne Switzerland...

Our meal was the most expensive (by far) but worst meal we have had so far. My soup was inedible and we sent it back. Three of us had carbonara pastaas, but all three claimed the 8 euro plate they had at lunch near the colosseum was better. My son did like his meatballs (the Sunday special), but they were... More
