Pretty much what I expected. Didn't read the reviews until I was sitting in the cafe, drinking my first cappuccino. Prices are shown but not very visible, the charges shown for the beer's in the coolers should be a giveaway! Decided to stay anyway as the food looked quite good. Was not disappointed. Had another cappuccino and tea for the... More

We walked into this place after a stop at the Vatican Museums and pulled up the TA reviews while waiting for a waiter. What we saw shook us to the core, so we got up and left. Thank you SO much, Trip Advisor. The menu has no prices. The portions are small. GET OUT!!! We found pizza down the street... More

This place is first and foremost, a down-right rip-off. Walked in, and upon sitting down a waiter came up to us listing off a number of food items available, with no prices or a physical menu to look at. Of the list of meals we heard, we both chose the hamburger. What we were actually served was a bowl of... More

My husband and I had two cappuccinos and two pasteries. The total came to 33 euros! Can you believe that? Stay away.

We visited Rome on December 14, 2014. My husband and I wanted to take our two children (6 & 4) to see Vatican City and the Sistine Chapel. After completing our tour and wanting the full Italian experience, we came out the exit and saw a picture-perfect little cafe that sold gelato. To celebrate the amazing experience we had just... While waiting to join a Vatican tour we went in here for a drink. A latte, one small pot of tea & one pastry came to €23!!!! The price list is displayed high above the entrance. Hard to see unles you are really looking. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ripped off! Such a shame when other places we... More

We met our tour guide here and enjoyed a lite snack and drink. It is located conveniently in front of the main entrance to the Vatican Museums. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside and watching everyone enter the Vatican. Overall, an enjoyable lunch at a nice place. The staff was very kind.

Please avoid this place, everything is really overpriced, and the waiters just want to rip you off!:(

We dived in here for shelter during a thunderstorm. We should have stayed outside and got soaked; instead we were charged 20 euros for two scoops of ice cream. An experience which left us feeling angry and stupid. I am pleased to say this was an exception to the good service and friendliness we experienced everywhere else during our stay.

WARNING...Thieves that double dipped on visa and served crap food. Instead of nearly €100.00 it cost us closer to €200.00. The problem with this place is that they are in a prime position at the Vatican City tour entrance and most people won't realise until it's too late. It's an absolute disgrace that is obviously condoned by the "establishment" here... More
