Pizza was OK. A bit expensive for Rome but OK. Good place to start exploring the area at night. The fried mozzarella suppli was amazing. Strongly recommend ordering that.

My partner and I both enjoyed our beers and the late afternoon ambience, however, we may have made a mistake in choosing to sit outside. First, what was probably a bird in the gutter, threw crap over our table and the one in front. Second, a bird landed on the edge of the roof above and pooped down on us....

Beer O.K. ( though there are better places for craft beer in Rome), Food O.K. ( though, again, there are many places serving better, cheaper pizza ). But the staff! They spent most of the time huddled together being rude about the diners ( I'm English, but speak Italian, a fact they clearly weren't aware of). When they did deign...

My husband and I have been living in Trastevere for 4 months and have visited this establishment several times for beer only. Last night we gave B&F a second try on the food and "service" (or lack thereof) and both failed miserably. After our experience last night, we will not be back for either beer or food.
Bir and Fud was spectacular. We had the BBQ chicken wings, marinara pizza and magherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella. The beer selection was fantastic and the ambience was delightfully warm and entertaining even on a Sunday evening late. We highly recommend this quaint but bustling stop in Trastevere and will likely dine there again before heading home. MOLTO BENE!
This is the place for great Pizza and great suppli, it really is. Just go to Trastevere and spend the night around while you visit Bir & Fud
I came here as its a well known place to go for craft beer while in Rome. They give you free chips with any pint that makes this an ideal place to stop by. The food prices are a ripp off as they charge 10-13 euros for a pizza. There are cafe s nearby that charge 4-5 euros for a...

Like the nearby "Ma che siete venuti a fa", this is a bar selling artisan beer. There is a wide selection offering many different styles from several breweries, The bartenders were always happy to help you choose according to your preferences.
The beer is excellent, if a little expensive. The bar area is very narrow and gets crowded quickly. If...

I went out for dinner this evening with a fellow student of mine to this 'bir & fud' place. The beer was very good, though overpriced. The food, however was awful. The pizzas were extremely undercooked and tasted like pancake batter. The service there was terrible, with the waitresses shouting at tables (which were placed extremely close to each other,...
