We of course decided to eat at about 2:50 when most places are closed/closing for lunch. Although this was not our first choice (this street has a number of highly rated restaurants), the waiter let us in. We had a nice meal in the open courtyard. The lasagna was delicious and prices decent, but certainly no frills about it.

Starting with the service, my wife got her order first and I had to cancel mine after waiting for it more than half an hour. The food was poor and not fresh at all, starting with the antipasti, the bread, and my wife's pasta. Don't understand how the place got so many reviews, while there're many great others.

We have tried many restaurants in monti's area, it's always a gd choice to eat around here, in this restaurant there is a nice garden and we had dinner there, I tried the buffet (7.50€) different choice veg. and not , then I had some grilled swordfish, delicious. Very polite and friendly staff . Definitely worth a visit .

We found our way to this restaurant after waiting endlessly for a table in a nearby café. We were starving when we arrived and after waiting eternally for water, bread, and or any wine, I seized upon the idea of ordering the antipasto buffet for immediate food. I must have caught the buffet at the end of the evening because... More

Tonight is my first night in Rome with my boyfriend and we wanted to enjoy some amazing Italian food as a good start to our trip. We chose this little restaurant over some more pricey and fancy restaurants in the area as we wanted a relaxed atmosphere and proper, traditional Italian food without any pretentiousness. We were seated quickly, ordered... More

My husband and I visited here twice when in Rome. We loved this authentic Italian restaurant which provided excellent food and service. Its was busy both nights, but if it looks full from the outside, go in anyway as they have further seating out the back and also an Inside Garden area for dining. House white wine was excellent at... Been there last night. My daughter suggested we pop in after liking the cosy and friendly environment inside. Restaurant was almost packed but we got a table for two within 2 minutes. The fish was nice as we're the roast potatoes. The broccoli were amazing! A nice wine went down so well :) Fantastic place. Not cheap but definitely recommended.

Modest looking restaurant but the service was very good and friendly. The bruschetta was great with delicious tomatoes and the spaghettie carbonara was the best meal of my 5 day stay in Rome. Good value and recommended if you are in the area
