For only €2,50 you can get two excellent flavours of delicious ice cream. You have to pay at a register first and you get your ticket which you give to people that serve the ice cream. They have a very wide variety of flavours and the quality is great.

After living in Rome for over 2 years, I've tried them all and this place is nothing special. There are just too many places like this around the city the gained a reputation 50 years ago and the guidebooks still haven't caught up to the present reality. It's not bad, just nothing special. Well, except for its location, which I... More

Located in downtown Rome, it has some really great ice cream flavours and it's cheap too. You can eat a cone with two flavours and cream on top for three euros. The waiters are very friendly. You won't be disappointed if you stop by.

Fabulous ice cream, reasonably priced and excellent quality. Very very busy so be prepared for a bit of a queue. Slightly confusing initially: you decide what type of cone/pot what you want and how many scoops of ice cream, then you pay at the till first (yes, surprise surprise, there's a queue). You're then given a little ticket and you... More

Tip: Before you order at the counter, go the the cash register and pay for the type of ice cream you want. Otherwise they will send you back and you stood in line for nothing. Sitting down costs extra and is prohibited if you order a cone. You pay €3,50 for 3 flavours of ice cream and optional cream. This... More

While it isn't the cheapest you'll find, the selection of flavors is large (not as large as Palma around the corner, though) and the taste simply can't be beat. The portions are large, just like most gelaterias. I'd suggest the champagne flavor with any number of the berry flavors (you really can't go wrong) or orange (like licking a mimosa).... More

Standart icecream. They offer a lot of different aromas but nothing special about their icecream. You can eat similar or better everywhere in Rome. I do not understand why people say that they have great icecream and stand in the queu. Another thing I want to mention to people who likes or have tried and liked Turkish icecream from MADO,... At 2.5 euros for what they classed a small ice cream (two flavours with cream) was great value. The ice cream was in fact huge and absolutely sublime - I tried pistachio and chocolate fondant - magnifico !! Try this place before any others - you will not be disappointed!

After a huge yummy meal,my best friend and I decided to try and walk some of the calories off. But along the way, we kept seeing people passing us by happily licking on their cones of gelato. When I see a huge line for food, I automatically join it. After all, so many people can't be wrong, right? This was... More
