Four of us dined here. Wonderful vegetable antipasti. And the rice and potato croquettes served gratis were excellent. My pasta was good, but my wife did not care for her lamb cacciatore. Very nice house wine. Front dining room was a bit crowded, but we were lucky to get in as we did not have reservations. Deservedly popular. more

As said before in other reviews we were seated with the other tourists which didn't bother us. The waiter was a little stressed out but still friendly. We had the mixed antipasti which we fully recommend! Outstanding dishes! The pasta and the meat could not top the antipasti but was still very good. There might not be any bad food in Rome, but there's a lot of overpriced, indifferent food near the tourist areas like the Spanish steps.
