This would have to be one of the best restaurants in the world. The antipasto is so totally fulfilling that it barely leaves any room for anything . Else, but you have to to be able to say you have eaten at one of the best restaurants in t he world. Totally unpretentious. Food served as. You would cook yourself... More

We stumbled across this restaurant heading to the Trevi fountain The interior is clean, basic and welcoming We ate the Roman specialty of pasta with cracked pepper and cheese which was unbelievably light! It was our first afternoon in Italy and after a month of travelling, we didnt have a better meal!

We had just arrived for the afternoon in Rome and our hotel recommended this restaurant right across the street. It was great: excellent service and delicious food! Had a great plate of antipasti with mozzarella and prosciutto and more... also had the spaghetti alla vongole and tasted my friend's chicken. Everything was so fresh and cooked perfectly. We would've gone... More

I visited this place for the 2nd time because of their reputation of serving the best Spaghetti carbonara. I only can confirm this reputation. If you are a fan of this speciality then this is a "must visit" place. The best time to visit is at noon. After 13:00 the place is very crowded and it is recommended to book... More

This was recommended to me by a friend. It did not disappoint. Nicely appointed restaurant. Do not go too casual. Reservations absolutely required. Service was very good. Interior was nicely appointed, more upscale. No outdoor eating. The carbonara was a huge portion and I must tell you, the best by far than any I have ever eaten. I don't know... More

Wow what a meal, the carbonara is delicious, the roast suckling pig very good also. Friendly waiters. Best meal we have had in rome. We were charged €3 for the bread we ate (2 bowls hehe) but were very happy when we left

A lovely friendly atmosphere with delicious food. You can tell that people are eager to come to this restaurant as there was a line outside the door. We recommend you make a reservation.

Yes, the carbonara is excellent; they will cook it with any pasta you chose. The veal chop was melt in your mouth tender, tasty, and except for the addition of frozen peas was out of this world. My second meal there was slightly disappointing - pasta with tomato - delicious but way too salty, roast suckingly pig was over-cooked and... More

Went to this ristorante on a Rick Steve's recommendation. The 5 of us showed up without a reservation! Even tho' they were VERY full, the owner found a place for us after only about a 10 minute wait. Once seated, our waiter - Antonio - gave us a meal to remember. Very funny guy! The walls, ceilings, even the pictures... More
