Trattoria al Fagianetto was near our hotel and we ended up eating there four times during our stay in Rome. The location, food and service are just great. Mario, the owner, is very friendly, as is his staff. The pasta was great! Try the bucatini al' amatriciana. The house wine was very good. Good food, friendly service, great value!

We were there last week and can only say that the location, food and service is just great. Mario the owner is very friendly and so are his staff. Food just great especially the timballo and then the tiramisu and lemon cake.

Food was lovely especially the lasagne. Waiters were friendly and the experience was great. Better than the other restaurants on the street.

This trattoria did not measure up despite the good reviews in tripadvisor. 2 of our party had pizzas and in both cases they were dry and tasteless. They were bad even by UK standards but to serve these in Italy was a disgrace. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere, there's an excellent trattoria right across the street (Ristorante da... Me and my friends went there to following days and it was amazing. The owner, Mario, is such a nice person and I am sure that you will feel very welcoming there. Also, the meal is amazing and tastes very good. One tip is, if you like wines, try the one made by them. It is not expensive and fits... More

If you are around Termini's Station this is the best restaurant for you lunch or dinner. Good quality, good price but Mr Mario is the most important attraction of the restaurant. He's nice, polite and very funny...so, eating by Mario is a pleasure! Very good!!

I ate here twice. Each time it was busy with groups but the waiter found me a table and I was served quickly. Food was of good quality and reasonable price. Well recommended. Its location is central' close to Termini station and adjacent to the Morgana Hotel

We were at the shop around 12+pm, took one set menu which comprised of lasagna ( which was replaced with cannelloni, because lasagna at that time would take 1 1/2 hr to b ready ), escalope with lemon and salad..Which cost €10.. We ordered 750mls of procesci, and another plate of spaghetti, and a piece of chocolate ckae (since there... More

Went here on our first night in rome per the hotels suggestion. We had pizza and it was very good. The house red wine was also delicious. Waitstaff was friendly and welcoming.
