Invited in by the host who, having heard how my mum's wallet had been stolen on the bus, offered us a free drink. The host also let me use the restaurant's phone to make a call. He was very sympathetic. Regarding the food, we had the set menu for 15 euros. The amatriciana pasta was nice, the meat was testy... More

My wife ordered carbonara and green salad, which she enjoyed, I ordered the pork cutlet.... Which Arrived with so vegetables.... After stealing some of my wife's green salad,... More

My wife and I ate three evenings at Gemma Alla Lupa and loved every minute. The meals were great, the staff friendly and courteous and the unexpected "entertainment," the guitar playing singer, was simply wonderful. It is a family restaurant with good food and good service. I can't explain the bad reviews posted on this site, I can only say... More

Had a very disappointing meal here. The waiter was unfriendly, the food was very poor, the interior was run down and the table was dirty. Prices were similar to other restaurants we dined in while in Rome (Tre Pupazzi near the Vatican and La Fontanna di Venere close to the Trevi Fountain, both of which were excellent); the food and...
