We had four different meals and all were great - perhaps the best restaurant we found during our Italy vacation. The shrimp and scallop appetizers were perfect, too! The staff was very friendly and the service was flawless!

Duck breast, scallops and tiramisu - the food was great, and the friendly staff gave good wine advices. After this great food experience we left the restaurant both full and very happy. We will be back.

This is on a side street and our taxi driver couldn't find it. We ended up walking about four blocks but it was worth it. It's a 'hole in the wall' place or, more accurately, a hole under the sidewalk. The food was fantastic, both preparation and presentation. The wine list was extensive and very appropriate for the food. The... More

I found this place looking at reviews - it was the closest from the hotel. I cannot say it is very expansive, though in other places near hotel I spend less, but the meals were very different. First of all it is not home cuisine as in other places. This is a real work of culinary artist. I tasted shrimps... More

We enjoyed our first meal so much that we broke or rule of not dining in the same place twice whilst visiting Italy for a month in May. The decor is stylish and there are a few seperate rooms (gold, red and black & white) which gives a feeling of intimacy. Stefano is a charming host who speaks English. We... More

I had a stunning meal here on 24th May for a special birthday with family and friends. From the time I contacted the restaurant to organise a party menu before arriving in Rome, to the service when we got there; Stefano and his team could not have been more helpful. The food was fabulous- from the appetisers, to first courses-the... More

Wonderful meal, amazing service, maitre d' knew every wine and every dish in detail. He obviously had real passion for the food. His recommendations were great. Portion sizes were on the large size. Food quality superb. Very impressed, loved the gold room!!

This restaurant stands out in its menu. Its more 'culinair' than others and doesn't offer the more standard menu most restaurants offer in Rome. The quality was very good. But you have to be open to try some new things, they don't offer a lot of standard food and that can be a pro but also a con. The proportions... More

I was in search for some seafood in Rome and we happened to try this place out at the recommendation of our hotel. This was the best restaurant we are at in our entire Italian trip of 8 days. Perfect atmosphere. Excellent service with staff who speak English. Dishes are out of this world with presentations you will not find... More
