Went to this restaurant for lunch on our last day in Rome. I had a reservation for two, for 2 o´clock, before getting to the airport, and I arrived 15 minutes before. As the place was crowded, and despite it was raining, I was asked to wait outside, by one of the staff members, even though there were other customers... More

If you are visiting Rome, this place is a must! The pasta is probably the best I have ever eaten (order the linguine with truffle, unbelievable!) and the staff were really nice and helpful. The lobster salad was delicious, and the wine is such good value. Definitely recommend booking as the space is quite small.

A small but very busy restaurant in a quiet alle in trastevere. The personel despite the busy night (Saturday night) was in a good mood and helpful. All the pasta dishes we tasted were splendid, so was a meat dish. The wine was good and the desserts were above our expectations. Highly reccomended place but it would be wise to... More

If possible we always come to have a meal here. Properly done with lots of food and wine. This is a great place for friends and fam. Small restaurant so book ahead. The table upstairs is the place to be!

In 11 days in Rome this was our best meal by far. Divine seafood pasta, beautiful grilled fish, and great atmosphere in this tiny Trastevere restaurant. You have to book though even in January. Clearly lots of regulars and quite rightly they get precedence but it is worth the wait and very affordable. Brought us samples of other dishes .... More

This is a great little place that my Roman friend took me to. You may need to book a table, but it will be well worth it for an authentic and reasonably priced Roman dinner.

Located in Trastevere, a lively night spot for restaurants, bars, and night strolls. The restaurant is located on a more quiet street in this section. Great mixture of locals and tourists, who are in the know. Small seating area, so definitely make reservations. Lively wait staff anxious to get to know you, and explain the menu. Fresh pastas were the... More

Food done right! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place, you need to make reservations, but there's a reason, they're the best in town! Small, local, authentic and well run and operated. The food was absolutely amazing, all fresh, and everything was amazing. I've been living in Italy for three years and this is the BEST Italian... Neighborhood Profile
Trastevere
Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded postcard, a little worn around the edges but still charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of entertainment - a rotating set of street performers entertains almost every night, and unforgettable eateries and bars pepper its piazzas and side streets. For a trip to the past, visit the southern and western flanks of Trastevere for pockets of yesteryear, less traversed areas with a residual 1960s and 70s Roman vibe.
