Delicious dolce

Fewer exotic/artisan flavors than the rave reviews would suggest, and the consistency in one of the batches I tasted was not perfect (a tiny bit of ice/water). Really enjoyed the honey flavor; ginger and cinnamon was not as good as I expected. Still, one of the best quality gelato places in the old... read more

I was recommended this ice cream from a friend that visited in the summer claiming it was the best in town. The ice cream was delicious. I always order lemon, I would put it up there with the best i have tasted in a very long time. I also tried ginger and cinnamon this however was not so nice. The... More

Arrived here late night after what seemed to be an hour just going around the area looking for this place. They have -- hands down -- the best gelato we've ever had. The flavours we liked best were PISTACHIO and MIEL! Unfortunately, the service wasn't what I expected. It's probably the time of day (late night). He wasn't exactly rude,... More

We've been coming to this place on holiday for years and unfortunately will never go back. We arrived around 10 in the evening, and the man who is usually serving behind the counter was standing in the doorway on his phone, suggesting it might be shut for the night. I asked if they were still open, and he barked back... More

Don't get fooled by the thousands of places that sell gelato. This is the real deal. Hand made gelato with incredible flavors. We tried banana, fichio (fig), Valrona chocolate, Mandaranchia (a combination of orange and mandarin) and mela.

The gelato is great. (I got the lemon and the orange.) You can taste that it's of high quality. The servings aren't huge, but they're enough that I enjoyed it.

We liked the flavors, the honey one is delicious. But 2.50 for a small cup is somewhat inflated. Nice location close to fountain of Trevi.

We were told to try out this place from multiple people, including one who was a local from Rome. Their gelato is great, and genuine, just the right size, and some flavours that can only be found there. Every day we were in Rome, we had gelato from San Crispino. Including one day where we went back a second time!... More

I expected more from what is called the best ice-cream store in Rome. The ice cream is not as good as it is claimed, and the price is higher than in the other stores. Horrible staff! Not worth the money Go somewhere else.
