this restaurant was recommended to us by one of the shop owners, they serve the best salads we've eaten in Rome, fresh and tasty tip: sometimes is good to ask locals for recommendation as you can end up in a great place

this restaurant was recommended to us by one of the locals in the area. this was a fabulous choice ... their salads were amazingly delicious and filling, especially the walnut apple chicken salad.

Sadly I think this establishment took advantage of the fact we were tourists, the food supplied simply didn't match the description in the menu, the service was very very poor and the prices very high. Probably the worst meal we had during our time in Rome

I should have ordered a salad. The ravioli tasted like it came from a can. They charged us €6 for bread (the only Italian restaurant that has charged for bread so far). Not good.

Our host, Marco, from the Vecchia Roma Resort, which is within a few minutes walking distance, recommended the L'Insalata Ricca. We were delighted by this restaurant! Good tables, top service, and excellent meals. They have a wide variety of healthy, interesting salads, as well as great pasta dishes. And even steaks! which one of our party had, and thoroughly enjoyed.... More

Even on Easter Sunday, we found an outside table for a late lunch. The service was friendly and efficient. The pasta with pecorino and pepper was excellent...Sicilian salad was above average.

We had been walking around for hours to find a place with good food and trying to stay away from tourist traps. We accidentally walk by this restaurant that is full of Italian guests dining outside, so we decided to sit down. Most people ordered salads, but we went for Spaghetti Carbonara, which was a huge portion, and very tasty.... More

Food was just ok, wine was pretty terrible. Service was average of a casual restaurant. Had a shared bruschetta appetizers, two pasta dishes and two glasses of wine and ended spending about 35 euros for lunch for two people. Price was reasonable for Rome but there are many other restaurants just around the corner in Campo de Fiori where you... More

At first, I balked at the idea of having just a salad for lunch. Schlepping around Rome works up a centurion-sized appetite, after all, and I was eager to sate it with pasta. I learned that the salads here are the appetizers I know on steroids. The portions are massive, the greens are fresh, and the options are plentiful. And... More
