Surprisingly good!

We had lunch here in a rush because it was a convenient location for us. We weren't expecting much, but it was excellent: well cooked food, amazing wine list. Our waiter was a bit too friendly and he committed the cardinal sin of reminding me twice that service wasn't included. But the food, wine... read more

A superb restaurant all round. Look, the best fresh fish is expensive, and these guys do the best fish, so no wonder one of the other reviewers was surprised. We went because our hotel recommended it, and we really had a great meal. The staff were very welcoming and very knowledgable about the food and the wine, the decor was... More

Two weeks into our stay in Rome we stopped by late--looking for something light. We had had a late lunch and more than enough wine for the day. The restaurant is cute and is just around the corner from our hotel and a half block above Nazionale. We were served bread--some of it sliced earlier in the day --and ordered... More

Be careful with the smiles.they pretend not to know English but when it comes to bill to explain on why they charged us overpriced they could explain you very well.it was over pricey.I paid 150£ for 2 main dish and 2glass of wine.one was a roast lamb and the other was just a grilled fish.even restaurants competing for michelline star... Good evening, I'm sorry you have found evil in my restaurant, I honestly doubt of his comment, and now I'll explain the reason: if the waiter brought an appetizer that did not ask for the excuse it can happen that has not got it right, but she says that the starter has not eaten remained on the plate, in this... This was the first restaurant we came across on day 1 and thought it looked very welcoming and indeed it was. All the waiters were lovely and couldn't have tried harder to give us a special evening and the free limoncello at the end of the meal ( nearly a bottlefull, there were 4 of us!) was very generous. However... More

We went here for dinner when we were very cold and tired after a long and difficult bus trip back from a Six Nations rugby match. Entering this restaurant was like a tonic - both the air and the waiter were warm and welcoming. The menu and the winelist are both extensive and Italian standard. We wanted to splash out... More

For us it was our last night at Rome [ for this visit] and we were treated extremely nice as if we were family. They serve us very good food with very friendly... More
