This restaurant is a scam, must avoid! I ordered an entry for that says 18 euros on the menu. Server mentioned that the fish I wanted was sold out but can replace with something else made the same style, which ended up to be 50 euros. The bread turned out to be 5 euros per person... WHAT???

I felt like been judged by the waiters due to the fact that I was wearing shorts and had snickers on. The service was pretty poor, I had to beg for menu, beer, etc. 3 bucks for aqua 'microfiltrada', which means from the tap.

The food was standard. The place good. But when I asked for the Bill, they charged it with 16% for service when acording to the small print of the menu, service should be 10%. After complaining, they changed it, I paid and then they did not want give me the receipt. Eventually they gave me a different hand written receipt... More

Friendly staff and good food. Husband had carbonara which was very creamy and tasty, I had vegetarian lasagna which was the best I have ever tried. We also enjoyed the decanter of sparkling cold water as it was very hot! The atmosphere was lovely in a shared narrow pedestrian street. Would have given five but were charged for service, which... My girlfriend and I went for lunch here on the last day of our holiday. We ordered antipasti to begin which was very poor, a few pieces of meat and poor quality cheese thrown on a plate with no bread etc included. Io For main course I ordered lasagne which was cold on arrival, sent it back, the waiters attitude... More

We were charged 12 euros for bread we didn't order and 9 euros service fee. Had the service been amazing we wouldn't have minded but the wait staff were pretty surly. We felt like an inconvenience to them, even though it was a fairly quiet time of day. The food was lovely but we left with a bitter feeling of... More

We where 5 persons eating here, got one menu to share. Ask for more, got 3 more after 10 minutes. Menu number 5 we got after 15 minutes. Took 45-50... More

This wasn't a busy restuarant - ombience was terrible - staff were surly and we were definately an inconvenience. Food was average. Waiter forgot drinks....served up fries instead of potatoes and we were charged 12 euros for bread !......can't really say anything nice about this experience.

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
