Pizza was a little disappointing

Was taken to the restaurant by my host - for a little piece of food history. The place has a very extensive menu, the service was good, the food was OK. I had the mozzarella balls as a starter followed by the Margherita pizza. For desert I had a slice of sponge cake that was soaked in rum... read more

Same great and amazing pizza as di Matteo. Here you can find a better service and atmosphere, wine list, etc. But in terms of quality, pizza is exactly the same good as di Matteo -see my other report-, and probably many other places in this great city. But I prefer to stick to these 2!!! Brandi is more suitable for... More

Found this place accidentally for lunch. Manager was very friendly, and set up a special table for us on the terrace as their normal tables were booked out. Only ate the pizza, but it was absolutely spectacular! Definitely recommend!

We were in Napoli for several hours only and landed in Brandi by accident. Didn't know the story in advance. The service and the Margaritas were awesome. I don't compare with other pizzerias, because we didn't eat in others, but we both can recommend this place. The prices are very normal.

It was undercooked and doughy. The atmosphere is quite formal. The waiter Danilo was the only excellent part of dining there.

it's a bit of a tourist trap as its where margarita was invented but who cares! Had our 1st lunch in Naples here. Waiters are gruff but know the score. We had a table outside, some may not be comfortable there. Lots to take in. We both had margarita's, but before that had a salad together, and we had a... More

We haven't had time to stay there for a dinner so we asked for a take away. We ordered Margherita (what with the invention story) and Quattro Formaggi (cause our son don't like tomatoes :). Well.. Margherita wasn't that great at all (may be we had real high expectations and Quattro Formaggi was much better but definitely not the best... More

I got to pizzeria Brandi a little after lunch time and it was in January, so I walked right up, got a seat outside on the street and enjoyed my time watching people while I waited. The wait of course was short and the pizza excellent. I went there because they are one of the oldest and credited with creating... More

Pizzeria Brandi, where you eat is not only a piece of pizza, but a piece of story. We ordered Margherita and pizza Don Fernando (Seafood pizza), but my friend and I all thought that the former was more delicious the the later! The freshness of tomato sauce and mozzarella.... the atmosphere was also great, cozy ambience. The beer was fresh!... More
