I suppose its a nice experience, as it's touristy. However for the price you can find the same thing everywhere. I mean everywhere. Not bad, but maybe not living up to the hype. Staff was friendly, wine was decent. You can say you been to the birthplace of the Napoli pizza.

delicious pizza and starter ( mix of fried seafood and smoked fisch ). Try to arrive early and sit outside and enjoy your beer watching the crazy flow of life of the streets in naples.

By far the worst experience in a pizzeria I can review. I'm Napoletano and my partner is Australian but living in Naples since a year and never before left a place while waiting on a meal. The service is extremely slow but mostly rude, especially with foreign customers. Did not have the chance to try any of the overly priced... More

Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time even to be served drinks - the food we finally got (we almost thought they had forgotten about us) was not worth the wait. Nothing wrong with it but just pretty average. Shame. Won't go there again.

This was recommended to us by our tour guide. It is located on a side street but there is a large on the Main Street pointing you to them. The place was very neat and very nicely decorated. There was a musician playing while we ate. The menus is in Italian and in English underneath. There is a selections of... More

Despite it's lockated in a very center this place is very nice. The pizza is very tasty, good variety and live music, which is quiet nice. BUT... the service is awefuly slow and neglectful, thought it's pretty much like this in most places.

While not our first time at Brandi it will be our last. We brought friends who had never been to Naples and we were all sorely disappointed. The service was awful. We were the first people to sit down when they opened for dinner yet it took over an hour to receive two pizza's and all the while the take... More

It seems Pizzeria Brandi has mixed reviews here on TA, but I say try it for yourself and decide. It IS where pizza was invented after all! In my humble Italian-American, former Chicagoan opinion, it's DELICIOUS. My biggest tip is to order your pizza to go, as it is nearly half price when you do. Ask to see the take... More

We stupidly fell for this tourist trap of a pizzeria. The food in here was terrible. I have had better and more authentic pizza at Pizza Express. The pizza was wet soggy and they even had a guy playing a guitar and offering his hat at the end for money. This 'pizzeria' trades of the fact it was the original... More

Yummyyyy pizza, the best pizza we have ever had. The place is very charming and traditional. The pizzas were big and delicious and even though the place was crowded the service was still good. There was also live musicians that added to the ambiance.
