Nice looking shops you find around Napoli. Famous for chocolate and ice cream apparently. Not tried the chocolate but the ice cream is superb ( I tried 3-4 different ones). If you like pistachio, it's the best I ever tried and that means something. If you close your eyes you could see them handpicked in Iran, sailing down the spice... More

Heard and read a lot of positive reviews about the amazing gelato they offer and decided to give it a go. The shop was small but can be spotted easily. They offered a large variety of flavours at a reasonably cheap price (2 euros for a small cup - two flavours). The staff were attentive. Definitely worth a visit!

Loved the ice creams, all the flavours we tried were good! We were drawn to the place by its retro sign, before we saw it recommended in our travel book. The chocolates are expensive, so I'm afraid I can't comment on their taste. The staff were patient enough to wait for us to choose (some of the flavours we couldn't... More

Need I say more? They have several branches so pop in when you pass one! They also have gluten free cones for celiacs which delighted me daughter.

Delicious ice cream form a tiny shop. Staff slightly grumpy but it must be a dull job. Definitely worth going to.

The plain chocolate was the best in my opinion. The blocks if plain chocolate are to die for. The assorted box was a great buy for $12 euro. The staff was excellent and very helpful for English speaking visitors. The chocolate gelato was amazing also.

There are two branches. I walked passed the one in Chiaia one evening. But tried the branch in Spaccanapoli. It doesn't seem like the busiest ice cream shop in that area. However, I don't know why. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Price wise is Gay Odin is average. The quality of the ice cream is amazing. I definetly recommend... More

In the heart of the historic area of Naples (and very close to our hotel), this beautifully presented shop served delicious gelati, very welcome on a hot day. The yogurt with apricots and walnuts was easily one of the best gelati I have tasted - a scrumptious mix of sweetness and tart with a little crunch. Mmmm... Other flavours were... More

This gelateria was visited on recommendation from a local. Given that it was my last day in Naples and I'd literally just filled myself with a delicious sfogliatella from Scaturchio (see an earlier review), I thought 'yes I'm full but Italy has already won in fattening me up, I just shouldn't bother resisting any more'. I managed to squeeze down... More
