Big Disappointment

I was so looking forward to my first pizza in Naples - walked all the way to this area from my hotel on a hot day. Got confused by the names of the pizzerias and ended up here by mistake. Don't make the same mistake. Very mediocre pizza and a very mediocre and crowded place. Would not come back... read more

We found this place by chance and called in for lunch - this was the best pizza we had in Naples, so much so we went back another day for lunch. The place gets very busy and the waiters can rush you a bit to make a decision but the pizza was amazing and cheap - approx 6/7 euros each

Stopped here for lunch. It doesn't look much from the outside, but the pizzas are imaginative and some of the best we've ever had.

if I can choose what to eat I usually skip pizza...but since I was in Naples I might as well try the Margherita...and I was really empress..I also tried the orengina (rice ball w/mince meat n cheese) and 2 types of mashed potato fried balls and one with stuffed cheese...all was very good. The place is really crowded but the... More

2 years ago we found this place accidentally, and last november when we went back to our beloved Napoli: that was our first pizza. There is no words how good the pizza here ( and how surprisingly cheap) For me this is the real neapolitan pizza!!! Cant wait to go back again and get a Margherita! or two :D

Abrupt and impersonal service from the waiters but this seems to be the norm in many crowded Naples pizzerias. All is forgiven for the excellent pizza and (by London standards) bargain bin prices. No complaints, our pizzas were creamy, chewy, thin crusted with generous oodles of fresh cheese and sauce. Beautiful charred leopard spotting on the base. The centres, typical... More

I went to this restaurant two weeks ago because our concierge recommended it. We walked and the place looks like a mess, kind of a dump really. We sat outside and ordered prosecco, which was delicious as only prosecco can be! The pizza was amazing. I can't describe it but to say that cheese is not as important as the... More

This may not have been on the list of the top rated pizzerias in your guide books, but I'm not sure why?. They make one hell of a pizza! It is the 'vera pizza napoletana' so you know you're getting the real deal. The interior is nothing fancy, but with pizza that good, it doesn't need to be, The service... More

We went to this pizzeria advised by a taxi driver who suggested it to us. Our firts choise was Da Michele or Trianon, but the queue was very very big. And finally we had the chance to eat a good napoletan pizza. The place is a little old and dusty, the service was not quite good, but the general opinion... More
