This shop was full of locals so it won't go any wrong. It was recommended by many food bloggers so we gave it a try and it was no regret! We regretted never buy more. The sfogliatella riccia/frolla was the best we ever tried. Don't miss this if you are in town! They only open in the morning

Go to the best Italian bakery in NYC and it will not even compare to the sfogliatelle here. They came straight from the oven, were perfectly moist inside and crunchy/flaky outside. At about $1.15 each, I rate this as a must stop while in Naples!

We went back for seconds the sfogliatella was that good! Many locals buy loaded boxes to take home, and I understand why. Quick service, crowded shop, brush up on your Italian ordering and enjoy! ps. the shop has shelves packed with other delicious looking items, wish we had time to sample more :-)
