It is a solid 3.5 star.

Good pizza. House wine was great! Tahiti Chicken salad was amazing according to Mom. Friendly service and great atmosphere. Clean bathrooms.

We went there at 4 friends welcoming is bad qulity of food is just average but the worst was definitely when we see the bill half of it (like around 25€) was only for the servic like you have to pay a fee for the table ?!? just AVOID 5 min walk from there there is a pizzeria who is... More

The English menu was limited at best! The food was reasonable but not what we thought we had ordered. Be careful of the up sell as that was double the price of the original dish. Also there is a cover charge (not sure for what exactly) and service added. Much better available in Naples in my opinion.

When in Naples, you eat pizza. Il Pomodorino was convenient to our hotel in the old town area and it was a good choice for lunch. Friendly, casual service and great pizza. Six of us shared four pizzas and one pasta. Choices included spicy salami, margherita, and a white pizza with artichokes, olives and onions. All delicious and very reasonably... More

We stumbled across Il pomodorino on the way into town from the port. Menu looked good, albeit all in Italian with no translation, and many locals. Having endured cruise ship food we were desperate to have pizza in the home of pizza and weren't disappointed. The Donna Peppa- mozzarella, prosciutto crudo, rucola e scaglie di parmigiano and another pizza (not... More

We got there by accident. We were tired and wanted something to eat. Preferably pizza as Naples is a birthplace of pizza. It was delicious. The staff looked like utterly tired of people with the look "I don't care" or "go away, I hate you" in their eyes. On the inside the place looks pretty cheap so we chose outside.... More

Food was quite reasonable, bruschetta was good as was sea bass, but I really fancied some dessert and a coffee but no one came near us. Gave up and asked for the bill and left irritated. The bill came fast enough and included a 10% service charge which was not earned in my estimation. We won't return.

Had dinner, clean , empty chain restaurant. Not inspiring in any way. Pizza was fast, crust good, but overall taste just watery and so-so. Has a good seafood appetizer though. Would not return.

We had the standard pizza and pasta - okay but nothing to write home about. My pizza was pretty greasy actually. Great location near the art museum, cruise port and shopping area of Naples. When I paid the bill the cashier rounded my change "down" and I lost a little over a euro on the slight-of-hand. I wouldn't return.
