Want Fried, Go Here

Simply marvelous. Very clean so you know you are not going to get something fired in old oil.

This is a the perfect place to try the best of naples fried street food. We had delicious fried aubergines and potato croquettes. You have to pay at the till first and then take your receipt to the front of the mass of the people in the shop to get your fried goodies.

I was staying at the Cimarosa hotel only 1 min from the Friggitoria and believe me I was waiting for it to open every morning to go and have one or 3 of their delicious Graffe thought the day I will always find a way to pop in to get a Pasta crisuta and others delicious fresh Friggitoria than I... This is what I will miss most about Naples; the fried street food. And this little shop in Vomera was outstanding in freshness and selection. We came across this place after one if our funicular rides. Our last day and I was already determined to have my fill of Naples street food. This was the place. Zucchini flowers, potato, rice,... Typical Neapolitan fried food cooked to perfection - to be eaten with your hands while taking a stroll in the Vomero section. Cannot be missed

This is REALLY a must. I was born very close to this small snack bar selling deep fried food many years ago... and now I leave in Rome. I was back a few days ago with my kids and (almost) everything was like 30 years ago. A place out of time, with very reasonable prices and fantastic fried specialties from... More

Everything is fantastic. It's a monument to the fried food and one of the historical fast food shop in Naples. As I already said in the title, it's a real great pity that the food they serve it is not always hot because when it is cold it loses the most of its flavour. Anyway this is an "unmissable place"...
