Oh man, I love my coffee, and this place served the best I tasted during a four day stay in Napoli. Just don't look for seating - it's one of those standing room only places with the professional baristas and, when I went, a friendly lady at the register with whom I practiced my Italian. Thank you, trip advisor reviewers,... More

Very busy bustling coffee house with plenty of noisy locals jostling ( in good mannered way) for great coffee at very low price (as you have to stand at the bar!)

The Caffe Mexico at the Piazza Dante is small but serves exceptional espresso. This café is probably the main one which is distributing the Neapolitan brand Passalacqua, a known and valued local coffee roaster. The main attraction in this café is the five (!) lever espresso machine. It is just amazing what the barista extract for you with this marvelous... More

This is one of the few times when superlatives are appropriate. You can find good coffee in most Neapolitan bars but this is the best of the best. The coffee is creamy and rich almost chocolaty. The small cups are just enough for a couple of sips but they are heaven. You wish you could have more but If the... More

Mexico - the best espresso I had whilst in Naples, probably Italy, maybe my life. Just to be clear, this is an Italian style coffee bar where you drink and go. Positioned well for heading into the old town, or when you are re entering Via Toledo from walking around the old town. A had a few other coffees in... More

I am addicted to coffee and I can drink (adding together those taken at the bar and those prepared home) up to 15/18 neapolitan coffee per day. If you know what a neapolitan coffee is, then you know that I must be quite nervous and therefore, please do non contraddict me... If you don't know what a neapolitan coffee is,... More

The coffee was so good, I went back everyday. Standing at coffee bar watching the baristas in action was also great!
