Nice Pizza

Like everywhere I ate in Naples, the pizza was really good. The service was ok, but that may have been because of the language barrier. We ended up eating our pizza prior to our calamari starters, a bit weird, but we're a chilled out couple of lads who didn't really care. The biggest problem was... read more

A great place for a sunny afternoon lunch. We waited for a table outside and the staff offered us a round of proseco for patienting. Very friendly, spoke good english and the food was very good as well.

The meal was pretty much standard Neapolitan as I came to expect, nothing extraordinary or gastronomically mind blowing, but standard no nonsense fare. A large selection of soups, salads, sandwiches pizze and meats. Nix the service though, it feels like a tourist trap. More suited to a daytime lunch than a dinner I'd say.

I had dinner in this restaurant with some workmates and we really enjoy the food. Pizza was tasty, mozzarella delicious and the spaghetti vongole fantastic. Moreover the views from the terrace are very nice, i can imagine that even better to have lunch.

We ate an evening meal here (family of 4) twice between 22nd to 25th August 2015. The food on both occasions was very good, but on both occasions the service was poor and inattentive, even surly at times. The coppito, in the form of unremarkable bread, came in a crumpled brown paper bag, delivered by a waiter who literally chucked... More

Just had dinner at this restaurant, after a recommendation from our hotel. It is situated in a great area, opposite the harbour, with views back to the old castle and Mt Vesuvius. Three waiters were outside the restaurant when we approached . No greeting, just said sit anywhere you want, more interested in using their mobiles or chatting to themselves... More

This is a busy and popular waterfront restaurant. We turned up towards the end of lunch service and got one of the few remaining outside tables. Most of the customers seemed to be Italian which we took to be a good sign. Our waiter, Maurizio, spoke good English, made us very welcome and was always on hand when we needed... More

The pizza is served quickly but was very average compared to other places nearby and only came when the waiters could be bothered to take orders. Having an English menu was very helpful but we noticed that other tables which spoke Italian were given bread and olive oil which we weren't and we were automatically given and charged for glasses... Recommended by our hotel, we got there right at sunset and enjoyed the sights nearby. We were promptly greeted and offered an table with a great view. The service was good and food was tasty. We were glad to have arrived at 7 pm as the restaurant was soon filled and a line formed when we left at 8:30 PM.
