My wife and I were flying out of Naples on our honeymoon so we spent one day there. We figured we should make the best of it and try authentic Neopolitan pizza. We narrowed it down using TA to Trianon and their rival De Michele which is across the street. After making our way to the street in the rain... More

Our second visit this year to Trianon da Ciro. Pizza was still as good as we remembered. Wine is good, but overpriced. Water is expensive as well, but in fairness it is close to the waterfront and the pizza is good. Staff was not as friendly this time around which is unfortunate; we were able to overlook the lackluster atmosphere... More

So, like every other good tourist visiting Napoli we planned to go to Antica Pizzeria da Michele, the ‘birthplace’ of the Neapolitan Margherita Pizza. Result? The place is jammed with a hundred or more lined up in the street outside. (Well, as much as anyone “lines up” or “queues” in Italy … usually a mob scene.) Fortunately, we read travelist... More

This is one of the best places where to eat real authentic pizza in Naples. Great atmosphere, waiters are so kind and friendly, prices are very affordable and the pizza is just spectacular! Highly recommended.

Get ready and prepare your stomach: your digestive apparatus needs to be in perfect shape in order to receive such a huge amount of pizza. The place looks more like a pizza factory rather than a traditional pizzeria. Nevertheless the pizza is tasty and the price is really affordable: definitely worth a visit.

Naples was not our favorite city in Italy, to say the least, but it does know how to make a good pizza. This was our second pizza experience in Naples and it was very good! They have a variety of pizzas and we got one regular cheese pizza and one with buffalo mozzarella. They were both delicious. Worth a visit!

A bit drier crust and less soupy in the middle for a neapolitan pizza. But still good and leaps ahead of what we get in the UK. We ate at loads of authentic wood fired pizzerias around Naples and they are all good/excellent. Recommended.

This is a great pizzeria. When we came it was packed so we had to wait a while to get a table, but it wasn't too long. Anyway, it was worth the wait. The pizzas were delicious. The crust was thin and crispy and the toppings were so so good. The atmosfere is very genuine, the staff is fast and... More

This is a historic place in Napoli that you will taste the typical pizza of Napoli. Good pizza and good prices.

This place is HUGE though it doesn't look like it from the outside. Food a great and the service if fast and friendly, even when they are slammed busy!
