My family and I ate dinner here during our recent trip to Italy. the food was excellent, well prepared, priced fairly and served promptly and by and excellent wait staff. Recommended we go there by the staff at the Hilton and they were right. It was excellent.

We made it to this lovely restaurant perhaps 2 or 3 days before it closed for the season. It's tucked away on one of the little streets near the main square, but it's absolutely worthwhile to search for it. It's near the Kabob place I also recommended. The owner of this restaurant, Don Mario, was also hosting that evening, and... More

We found this special retaurant although its a bit buried back in an ally near the main square. We ate in the garden under a 2000 year old acquaduct. Fantastic! The menu was superb and the owner catered on us the whole night even letting us sample his private wine.

We ate here our first night in Sorrento and it was a great choice. The food was excellent and the service extremely accommodating. The live music could have been annoying but instead it was very tasteful and not at all obtrusive.

We recently visited Sorrento in September and found this local gem through Yelp. Where do I begin...fantastic food, unique atmosphere (in the middle of a lemon grove), lovely service. Mario - you are the best! Thanks for welcoming us like family!

The food and atmosphere was lovely. The pasta was amazing. Mario gave us so many complimentary drinks and dishes. Our best meal in Italy!

We arrived just as the restaurant was opening. It is hidden in a back alley, so it's easy to miss if you aren't actually looking for it. The setting in the outdoor garden area is romantic. After reading a few TA reviews, we made sure protect ourselves with bug spray (it was great advice!). The service here was impeccable. The... More

We ate here years ago - had Sunday lunch when we were the only non-locals due to the restaurant hosting a first Communion celebration. We enjoyed it then, and enjoyed it again on our visit last week. I think it's under different management now. There was nobody touting at the door, it was a welcome change to be able to... More

We found this restaurant by chance and the trip advisor star rating made us want to try it. It's on the quieter side of town, up an alleyway and tucked in a corner. There's no one on the door beckoning you in and you enter with a little bit of trepidation! There is a small kitchen to the right and... More

We had dinner here tonight. The place was pretty empty and we sat at one of the tables in the arch. It was a very lovely table with a great view! They brought us complimentary prosecco after we were seated. We ordered the ravioli and gnocchi as starters, which were both very good. I had the sea bass in crazy... More
